Went there at 2:30 on a Friday with a pair of boots in need of repair. The oriental woman behind the counter didn’t know if they could be fixed, the owner was at lunch. She said he would be back in an hour. Went back at 4:00. Still not back! She phoned him, talking the whole time in Chinese. She then took my boots and asked when I wanted them back. We will see on Monday if it was worth the trouble it has been so far.
