Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ll start out by saying that this is the first time I have ever finished more than half a burrito bowl, thats how little I was served. The line was short when I walked in, but packed by the time I started ordering. The first person on the line must have been preoccupied with the large line behind me because she didn’t hear me say I needed two bowls and then was rude when I reminded her about the second one. When we got to the toppings she skimped and when I asked for a little bit more cheese (which I have never had to do before!) she said «you don’t need more» like it she was my mother or something! Such a lack of customer service! Just because you are busy doesn’t mean you should slack, provide poor quality of food, and even worse customer service. We will not be ordering from this store in the future!

Excellent casual fast food! Love the food! Love the service! If you like burritos and/​or bowls, this is THE place for you! I normally get the steak burrito with white rice, black beans, mild salsa (I’m a wimp) with a side order of chips and salsa. Unlimited drink refills with coke products (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Root Beer). An average meal costs around $ 8 – 9 but definitely worth it! They also have a few chairs to eat outside on their patio. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

Food is good as always but the people are very short even when they are slow. It’s clean but you feel like you’re being rushed out the door.

Everytime I come into this chipotle the line is wrapped around the wall and they have barely any employees working. It’s annoying that they can’t get people through the line faster. It’s even more annoying that they are doing online orders when the line is extremely long. I love the food hate the service.

I’m a fan of Chipotle’s food, that doesn’t really change from one location to another. What does vary for me are factors such as customer service, promptness, and cleanliness.
This is a very convenient location on Far Hills and one of the cleanest Chipotle restaurants I’ve been to. Couldn’t ask for a friendlier staff. Smiles all around and everyone made a genuine effort to keep customers happy.
I will agree with other tips in that the wait time here is incredibly slow compared to most. I was initially excited to see a short line when I entered the restaurant only to be disappointed that it took me 23 minutes to get through the line with only 6 people ahead of me.
