I am more mature than to make ad hominem attacks on a person, as you accuse me of doing. Rather, I review the service that was supposed to be provided. Seeing that you take my critical review to automatically mean that I «hate you… and want to hurt you personally» is evidence to the point in my earlier review about your ego issues.
My review is for your work and for the pictures and I stand by it completely. If you honestly look at those photos as a whole and think they are good, that speaks volumes about your typical product. There were a few (less than 10) good ones out of hundreds. These are — hands down — the least creative, personalized, or flattering wedding photos that i have seen. For example, the picture you took of my sister’s dress on a hanger is in a small dressing closet with no light. Why not hanging it from a window frame or any of the countless other pretty locations in the Dayton Art Institute?
Whether you remember it or not, you did tell my sister that she was one of the most difficult brides (after she reminded you that she wanted more candid photos of the wedding party, so you *should* have been aware that day that you weren’t doing what they wanted). I heard you with my own ears, as did a handful of others. You also texted her 15 minutes before we were supposed to show up asking why she wasn’t there yet and where we were because «you were waiting» but then we waited 45 minutes for you to start, and you wrapped up photos earlier than expected.
My sister mentioned MULTIPLE times — both during consultation and the day of the wedding — that she wanted more candid photos than posed ones. You took less than a handful of candid pictures for the wedding party. The candid photos of the reception almost all are the back of someone’s head. You didn’t listen. You insisted on doing it your way. Perhaps that’s not how you remember it, but that’s how we do and that’s what the photos show.
It’s too bad that you conflate criticism with hate. They are not the same. I am critical of your product and rightfully so. You can keep trying to defend yourself on this one, but it’s just helping my point.

My mom and dad were very specific about some pictures they wanted as we had several out of town relatives/​guests from England that they wanted included in pictures. He was very professional, made some great suggestions, and his pricing was great. My mom reminded me that you can never get this day back, and how important the pictures would be down the road, and she was right, I cherish my pictures. The moments he captured are unbelievable. I’ve had girlfriends that were very disappointed because they chose the cheap route (they had a friend snap shots), and have terrible pictures from their wedding
