California Custom Sounds

Great bunch of people, very friendly and helpful. I thought pricing was reasonable– though I could see how enticing it is to spend much more than necessary! They were flexible on the scheduling and very patient with my lack of punctuality. Down to earth and seemingly knowledgeable (I’m not a car buff though so I can’t speak too much in that area). Will definitely come back when I want to get anything else done! (When I can get away with being enticed into spending more than necessary that is :))

I actually went here a year ago to get rid of my crappy factory car radio and just get something better, so I wasn’t looking for anything big. The guy that helped me was super friendly and helpful! He didn’t pressure me at all or try to get me to spend more than I wanted, which I really appreciated.
The installation took a little longer than expected, but the whole time they were very nice and accommodating– they let me crash on their couch and have some free drinks. I felt right at home, so much that I fell asleep for a good hour or so. They woke me up when my car was ready though, and I was so happy! My car smelled great, they vacuumed the seats and the carpeting, and best of all I had a beautiful, awesome new stereo! He took a couple minutes to show me how to work it and then I was on my way.
