Went here because of Unilocal reviews. The bacon cheeseburger was really good. W/​fries and Coke my bill was $ 7. It was an excellent value. If your hungry get a double burger. Staff couldn’t be nicer. Highly recommend!!!

First time here after having wanted to try it for a long time. The four of us had burgers, chicken, greens, green beans, corn, mashed potatoes, and fried onions & okra. Everything was good enough that I would have any of the items again. However the burgers, served with «everything», were in a class by themselves. I’m looking forward to our next visit.

Cute family restaurant, great juicy burger and hot crispy onion chips. My husband had their fried chicken, not overly seasoned. Crispy, hand breaded outside with moist, tender meat. And it didn’t drip grease like the fast food chicken places.
The restaurant is decorated with old signs and memorabilia and was clean. And the crew was nice and friendly, gave good recommendations on what to eat. If we are ever back in this area, I’ll try the 2 bone rib special with 2 sides.

Recently saw all of the hype for Benjamin’s the Burger Master on
. Decided to check it out on Sunday. Super friendly staff, and a really cool atmosphere inside. I got a double cheeseburger with a side of fries and a drink. Bill was somewhere around $ 6.
First thing you will notice — wow this is an extremely cheap meal. Second thing you will notice — wow this burger is delicious.
My burger came with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, onions, and pickles. It comes with everything by default. Be sure to mention if you are a picky eater.
Overall, an amazing burger, and I cannot wait to try it again.

Recently a friend mentioned Benjamin’s, and after thinking a moment, I realized I hadn’t been to the place in probably over 20 years. The fact that it’s still there, going strong, certainly points to them doing something right. Aren’t many places you can have a 20-​year lag between visits and still be able to go again.
Short and sweet: Double cheeseburger with everything except ketchup (ketchup does not belong on a burger or a sausage, and that includes hot dogs!) and an order of fries. Perfect! One of the best burgers I’ve ever had, and the fries were hot and crisp. $ 5.98 for both. Fast food joints should be ashamed of what they serve up for generally more money.
Lots of people eating fried chicken, and they were frying up massive amounts of it. Other options as well, including a daily dinner special. But I was here for the burger. And I will be back, surely waaaay before another 20 years passes. Like maybe today!

I was looking for a burger place while in town and Unilocal got me here. When I first pulled up I thought about leaving but read the reviews and am very glad I didn’t leave. The bacon cheddar burger is yum! Not to mention very good fried okra. Cash only

Can’t believe I’ve driven by this place an entire year telling myself I had to try it out every time after a meal. Some wonderful classic cooking here, looks like a mash of home cooked southern comfort and original burger recipes! Definitely check these guys out
