Great job on being helpful and accommodating as we were without our fridge. Jeff and Barbara worked hard at expediting the parts and getting the repair work done.

Called Beavercreek Appliance at the recommendation of another company that I trust, wasn’t disappointed at all! They were very prompt and friendly on the phone and explained how their service works. We called because our dishwasher ceased working and wouldn’t drain. As promised, the tech called in the morning and gave us a 2 hour window for when he would arrive, he showed up with no problems and quickly diagnosed the problem A part had to be ordered and he explained the total price and how long it would be, the part arrived exactly when he said it would, no long wait. The only minor issue that we had was on the second visit, he showed up right at the last minute within the 2 hours window he gave us, we ended up being about 30 minutes late picking a kid up from school, more our issue than theirs really since they were still there when they said they would be (barely though).
