Shopping for baby registry items, I found the staff very helpful and pleasant. Store is a pleasant place to shop in terms of lay-​out, lighting, etc., but the staff made the experience great.

I saw the previous negative posts and was a little worried to go shopping here. When I walked into the store I was greeted right away. I was asked if I needed help and I told them I was looking for a baby registration. They looked up the registration for me, and printed it out! Five minutes later another person asked if I needed assistance and I told them I was interested in a certain item. They were very knowledgable and ordered it for me online. I will go back without hesitation. They were very friendly and helpful.

This was one of the worst Babies R Us stores I’ve ever been in. The Men’s bathroom urinal was missing and moldy plaster and pipes were laying everywhere with a «Wet Floor» sign in front of them.
Yeah, that’s exactly where I want to bring my son to use the bathroom.
Left and went to Target just down the street that was super clean and had better prices on the items we wanted to buy anyway.

This Babies R Us is actually pretty good, when compared to the other 2 BRU stores I’ve been to in the past couple months.
The pluses: fully stocked, complete organization by sections, helpful employees, included a special kids’ room so parents with kids could shop while they play, included a special moms’ room so mothers can relax and breastfeed if needed while they were shopping.
The minuses: its Babies R Us. You won’t find local charm there.
