Came in to upgrade phones about an hour before close. We were told that it would be about 45 minutes and that we’d receive text alerts as we moved up the queue. It is now past closing, we are next in line and just received our first text. I can understand being busy, however there seem to be 5 employees here but only 2 – 3 helping customers at any time. No clue what the others are doing. Seems that they need to restructure their duties when things get busy. Will update later once we actually receive some service.
