If you are used to a family dentist atmosphere this isn’t your place! I liked the dentist but you can definitely tell this is a for profit industry rather than a people place! Even though I paid in advance there was another charge I had to pay before service was rendered. Appointments have been cancelled and still waiting to have a procedure done that I paid for in advance. Appointment was at noon and by 12:30 I still hadn’t been seen.

While I really liked my dentist and her assistant, there were several times the management would pull them away to work on another patient so they could squeeze in some extra dollars. Their financing company is very aggressive on even a single late payment and they would charge around $ 25 to make an ATM/​credit card payment over the phone so you can avoid the $ 30 late fee (and daily phone calls). I will avoid this chain altogether from now on.
