I hardly ever go to Arby’s but wanted to try their new gyro’s. I got the turkey and it was delicious and a huge portion! Would definitely recommend ordering one if you need something fast and on the go.

This place is past its prime, its run down, not so clean and has a sad desperate quality to the décor. The staff were mostly asleep and as a follower and admirer of the Arby sandwich, I might suggest the entire staff needs a refresher course in the preparation of the menu. Better choices nearby.

I will not be back. The customer service skills of the representative was extremely poor. After finding that she had missed food from my order(a combo meal was missing along with a shake) she presented me with an argumentative attitude. After asking what was missing, I explained that one of the combo meals was missing along with a drink. She suggested that the drink in my car(from one of the other combo meals) had already been handed out, I advised her that I had ordered 3 combo meals and only received 1 drink(the shake was part of the 3rd meal). She sighed and closed the window. After a brief moment she opened the window and proceeded to read back what she had put in. We exchanged payment and I was asked to pull up and wait for the remainder of my food. After 12 minutes of waiting I went in and spoke with a manager. I advised that I had been waiting for longer then I expected. Honestly, I was a bit demanding given my angered state. The manager kept her cool and proceeded to assist me. To be fair, the only excellent experience I received this evening was my dealings with the manager. She was very productive and was easy to work with. After arriving home most of the food was under par in quality. One of the sandwiches was inedible and had to be thrown out. The primary complaint here is poor customer service skills. I am fairly easy to work with and understand that not everything can be done correctly all the time. I have no problems with the fact that my order was incorrect, as long as it gets resolved. However, I, as the customer, should not have to deal with an argumentative teenager. She made a mistake. It’s fixable. But don’t give me an attitude while you fix it. I will be taking my business to the Arby’s store on Brandt. I would recommend people steer clear of this location.

I find myself sitting at the drive-thru window, as is so often my morning routine, anxiously anticipating the delicious ‘fast food’ being prepared ‘to order’ for me, and staring in wonder at the streams of lemmings rushing into the competitor directly in front of me. Do they not realize what they are scurrying to consume hasn’t been ‘fresh’ in months? Do they care? What do we put in our bodies these days? Granted, I could make healthier choices than fried potato triangles… but they’re GOOD lol. And the service with a smile and attention to detail is such a plus this early. I do have to wait about 2 – 6 minutes, depending on the size of my order, but I’m still out a smidge before the one who chose the other place. I’d much rather wait for real eggs to be cooked as I requested than know my whole time waiting was simply for the line of tv gluttons to muddle along while something is thrown in a microwave half-cooked. I happily return for a satisfying ham, roast beef, or chicken sandwich later in the day, again comfortable in the knowledge it was made in this building… cooked for me. Not to mention, who can resist that Arbys sauce? That«bbq sauce»(if they say so) tastes great on just about anything! It’s worth a higher rating, as compared to other fast food places, but I’m trying to rate across the board. Plus, all Arby’s melts have gotten smaller over the last year, and for $ 1.59, they could spare more than an ounce of meat.
