Food is ok. Biggest problem is that even when asked not to bring the main course before the appetizers are finsihed, they still do. Then they take back the main dish and just reheat it. Poor training of wait staff. Also, they bring the next dish before taking off the dirty dish in front of you.

Great food. Got the spinach and artichoke dip. Was awesome! For the main got the grilled chicken Sonora pasta, was a little more spicy than expected but was also fantastic. We sat in the bar and were served by Robert. PERFECT service. Attentive, suggestive, well informed and friendly. I couldn’t have been more pleased, GREAT experience.

Such great service as always! We came in a few minutes before close on Thanksgiving night, and Katie took such great care of us! We later learned she was the only bartender on staff today, and hadn’t had a break all day. She was still very accommodating and kept a smile on her face for all of the patrons. Our annual Black Friday involves a trip(or 3) to this Ruby’s, and they never disappoint. Thanks Katie for a great Thanksgiving! :-)

Don’t come here if you want swift service. Been here over an hour and we would be dying of starvation if we didn’t have the salad bar. I think that’s why they have the salad bar because they know it’s going going to take at least an hour to get you an entrée. We had to ask for clean plates at the salad bar because the three that were up there were dirty. They do have a decent selection in the salad bar so fill so you can handle the wait. Also make sure you come with people you like to spend time with since you’ll be here awhile and will need to talk to each other. You’d think your wait staff would stop by often to keep you abreast of your wait and food, but you’d be wrong. What is worse is the food came out cold, but I think they knew that since the outside of the mashed potatoes were cold, but piping hot in the middle like it’s been microwaved and they were hoping I wouldn’t notice the cold food. So only go here for mediocre food and bring good company since that will be the only thing worth it here.

Waited more than ½ hour for a simple chicken sandwich to come out the kitchen on what was not a busy Sunday afternoon. They comped the other diners salad bar for the delay but still… fail Edit… Well the wait actually lasted 45 minutes and the chef finally brought it out herself with apologies and comped the entire tab so I’m raising the stars from 1 to 2 Food was good when it finally arrived

Robert our server was excellent. He was well spoken and courteous. He insured our beverages were refreshed without our need to ask. He was up on the offerings and provided suggestions. His appearance was clean and professional. The food was a great temperature and very flavorful. I had the pork chop and it was well prepared and very filling. I used the restroom and it was clean and smelled very fresh. ALSO kudos to Ruby Tuesday for having a Koala Kare! This is very important when you have a little one.

I came to Ruby Tuesdays about 3 days ago, with my husband and my baby. Let’s just say the server came up to our table to greet us with a FRENCHFRIE in her mouth. I never bothered to know her name, but I would love to forget this experience. She was rude and wouldn’t even look at us when she get our drinks or anything! The food was super sloppy, and my husband and I didn’t even bother to get a to go box. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been to Ruby Tuesdays a bit of time, and it has always been fairly decent, but this experience had to be the worst I have ever had thanks to food and service.

Food presentation sloppy at best or after thought.(See photo of unappetizing food I posted) Service was slow for not many diners. Had to wait with our straws in hand before even getting simple glass if water we asked for. Food was decent at best. Hostesses were courteous and quick to seat us. I’m trying Applebee’s nearby after shopping next time.

Shopping at the Dawsonville outlet stores and stopped in at Ruby Tuesdays for lunch. First clue should have been all the dirty tables with a substantial amount of uneaten food. Waitress seemed to be dragging. Asked her if she had a rough day whereupon she crouched down and leaned her head on our table and said she was exhausted. Really? A group of about 8 had come in right after us. They had gone to the salad bar, came back to the table, were there for a couple of minutes then all got up and left — something was wrong. Does not encourage you while you are waiting for your food. Something in the salad bar? Asked waitress and she said they said salad bar dishes and silverware were not clean. Hmmmm wouldn’t surprise me but I thought there may be more to it. No tables were ever bussed while we were there. Dirty dishes, glasses and half eaten food on all the tables around us, including the table were the group sat. Got our food but were never given napkins or silverware. Had to wait until our waitress reappeared so we could flag her down. If was another 5 minutes before she came back with silverware. She probably had to gather some off a table and go wash it. As we sat there I watched the hostess lead people through the restaurant looking for a clean table. There were none! She actually sat people at a dirty table and then cleaned it off. We asked the waitress why the didn’t have anyone bussing. «Because it’s Monday.» Yes but it’s a holiday by the frickin’ outlet mall where everybody is having a sale, the manager thought it would be a slow day? Somebody needs to lose there job over the way that restaurant was run. Food was gross — had their chicken sliders which were over fried chicken fingers — greasy. My daughter had the pretzel bread burger — the bun was hard and had to be removed so she could eat the burger. Definitely would not ever go back there again.

Slow! Slow! Slow! Waitress is not interested in our tip apparently. My husband asked for mustard for his burger but he waited till the point it was cold then finished it before mustard came. Would have reminded her if she had come back. My kids had to get refills from someone else walking by. Food was decent. Been waiting 10 minutes for check. Will not be retuning.

The atmosphere here is nice: very peaceful. But wow, it took a long time for the food to come. On the up side, I did like the food. I thought the cajun jambalaya pasta was delicious. The shrimp and sausage was good. The chicken, not so great. The steak was okay, a bit chewy for medium-rare. The server was polite and checked in on us often and apologized for the delay. I tried the sangria and it was good. The waiter described it as sweet and earthy and it was exactly so. I would definitely come back again to try other stuff. However, they need to work on serving the food faster.

Ordered the full rack ribs. It was splendid. The rest of the food ordered by my table was good, but not great. Would we eat there again? Absolutely. We just won’t be in any sort of rush. What did stand out, however, was our waiter. Beyond excellent, even giving us free coffee due to an error in my order(initially gave me half rack when I had ordered full). We didn’t ask for compensation, nor did we complain about the mixup. The waiter just apologized and offered us free coffee. That made our day. Update: Coming here on a Friday afternoon, I ordered my usual full rack ribs. They were ridiculously dry and hard. Had to call the manager. Offered me another meal, so I gladly accepted. Also offered me some desert. Both were free, so I ended up not paying a single cent, except for drinks. I must say, the service here is terrible. I am willing to forgive them for inadequate food, since it’s not everyday that it happens, but the service here manages to be consistently terribad. My waitress worked as the bartender as well as serving tables. Whoever manages this place needs to reorganize the place. They forgot to bring me my pre-meal biscuits, to check on whether I needed a refill for my soft drink(which they forgot to actually bring a refill when they eventually did ask), and to bring additional napkins once my meal was finished. Avoid this Ruby Tuesday if possible. The service is just mediocre, even for Ruby Tuesday. If you must absolutely go to this particular location, don’t go in expecting speedy service. And for goodness sake, don’t order the ribs.

Okay, it’s a chain, and a mediocre one at that. But really, even with modest expectations my latest experience just made me sad. Coming mostly for a salad bar, even that had surprisingly unimaginative ingredients, some unappetizing like grey-brown mushrooms(that once were white) and some left unstocked. The chicken I had was a mess of melted and re-cooled cheese atop tough(not crisp) bacon that tasted of nothing but bottled barbecue sauce. I could have made better at home for cheaper. The cheddar mashed potatoes were horrid, tasting bland and with the consistency of baby food. My companion’s dish was similarly overpowered by too spicy, too-bourbony sauce. The service, at least, was reasonably attentive and friendly. A better choice: go get a burger at Five Guys nearby.

Not a fan of burger joints to begin with… but I have to give this one 4 stars, a bump from two stars only because our server. We had finished shopping at the crazy mall next door, and opted to grab a bite to eat. Their menu had some healthy items noted, along with signature dishes, just like any other Ruby Tuesday. The salad bar was a sad bar, if at best. They had wilted Spinach leaves, buried in a bowl, no crackers, and other aged items. It seemed like the shipment for food was really delayed or should be happening soon. The food was bland, though mac and cheese was not so bad. What made the difference was Lauren W, our server. From the time we sat down at the restaurant until the time we left, she was incredible. I think this person could sell anything, she is humble, genuinely enthusiastic, and great attitude. She offered up food dishes, suggestions for each of us, and was a bit playful when it came time for the $ 1 cupcakes for dessert. We complimented her service to the manager and the chef, left out the subpar food experience.

Our waiter randomly screamed behind a waitress causing her to drop a plate and brought the whole bar area to a halt as, well, sounded like he was being killed. Subsequently got told off by the bartender who almost dropped her glass. He took 4 orders for the salad bar + item(all to go) and looked at us like he was going to be screwed out of a tip(their salad bar and their salad bar + 1 were the same price) He sneezed on the table next to us. Yelled at someone in the kitchen. Seems like he tried juggling at one point. Made some comment every time he passed My experience there was The Waiter Show. Salad bar was decent, beer was decent, place was clean, waiter was an attention whore and had I not looked him in the eyes at one point I’d have thought he was on drugs. Anyway, that was it. It was probably a 3 – 4 star RT’s but man, that waiter was out for something. Brought my ATL odd waiter experience to 2 in 2 days.

Thanks to an amazing deal I heard about through Facebook and , my husband and I both received coupons for free burgers. When we arrived, we almost expected to be treated poorly, because often that is how we are treated when we present coupons. Much to our surprise, our server, Misty, was incredible. She informed us that we didn’t just get burgers, we got the whole meal! WHA? I’d have visited for the free burger alone! Every single staff member at this location was extremely kind, generous, helpful… I could go on and on. I was so impressed. I haven’t been to Ruby Tuesday in YEARS, but I would definitely go back more often because of my experience. Look for deals, and head in! We heard that if you sign up for their email club that coupons for free stuff come every few months. Totally worth it! Our bill was $ 2.14 after we added premium sides for an extra dollar each!
