I am torn between 4 and 5 stars for this place, and it may be my new favorite Italian place. I’ve noticed this for a couple of years and I’m not sure why I never tried it. Occasionally, I really crave spaghetti and meatballs, which I think is weird… but it’s true. So, I went to this place around 8 on the weekend. They closed early… I think at 9. I wasn’t very hungry, so my husband I decided to split the spaghetti and meatball plate. The waiter said it probably wasn’t big enough to split when we asked how big it was, but we decided to split anyway because we definitely wanted to get the tiramisu for dessert. First, came the bread. Yummy, amazing, delicious bread to dip in their oily, balsamic-y mixture. I’m not a big bread lover, so it takes a lot to sell me on bread. This was amazing. Our salad was next w a balsamic-y dressing. Unbelievable salad. I don’t even think I can describe why it was so good, and part of it may have been the dressing. It was amazing. Spaghetti and meatballs were also delicious. The marinara is really good. You don’t want to go to an Italian place and leave thinking you could have made the exact same thing at home for a buck fifty, and this place did not leave me feeling that way. It was really good. The tiramisu was fine. I actually think that Ruby Tuesday’s has the best tiramisu ever, which I also think is weird. I probably wouldn’t order that for dessert at Piazza again, but I will definitely bve going back to piazza. Yum.
