Mr. Wok has sadly been shut down and will be missed. They weren’t the greatest of Chinese restaurant but they weren’t that horrible either. Plus now Dawsonville has only one delivery place. I hope that changes soon…

The plates got smaller, which means less food for same old price. As long as one of the kids answers the phone you can understand and ask questions. They do deliver fast and food is good but hungry two hours later.

My husband and I LOVE this place. We eat there once a week. We consider ourselves«foodies» and often find that driving to Atlanta is worth the trek– but no need to drive aywhere for fabulous Chinese food. The food is very authentic. We love the Garlic Chicken and the pan-fried potstickers(though they are not on the menu). The vegetables are always fresh. The portions are large– we can split the aforementioned meal and it costs about $ 15. When you order takeout they use great tupperware containers. The staff is very friendly and recognizes us each time we visit. We would definitely recommend!

This is a small family run business that puts their heart into their kitchen! My fiancé and I have tried many, many items on their menu, and each has been a wonderful taste sensation! Prices are very reasonable and budget worthy for the quality and quantity of food, and service is fast and friendly! They accept Visa/MC/Debit and have take out as well as delivery. Mr Wok is nestled in the strip center next to the new Food Lion shopping complex. The décor is spartan and very clean, and parking is easily accessed. To me, Mr Wok is simply the best Chinese to be found within Dawsonville(including the Ga 400⁄53 crossing expanse), and is worth the extra drive time versus more readily available choices near my home. If you haven’t given Mr Wok a try, you’re missing out on some great Chinese cooking!
