Four years ago, I needed some maintenance work on my house. The builder installed exterior trim work around my garge door and windows was rotting, and my fascia was riddled with carpenter bee holes. Rusty Emmett did a super job, replacing all the wood with high density resin trim which is impervious to rot, weather, and insects. Rusty is multitalented, but trim and cabinetry work are his fortes. Last month, he refinished my entry door, repainted my garage door and porch area, repainted all the soffit, hung a new breakfast light fixture, installed a dishwasher I had bought, fixed my vent hood, repaired my basement door, installed a gable accent piece, repaired some siding gaps, and installed 10 feet of flagstone I supplied on a walkway, all for $ 1680.00! He is exceptional in that he shows up on time, keeps you informed, and is always looking for the simplest, least costly solution. I’m going to call him next month to install a laundry chute, and a new door and frame in my basement bonus room. Cash and check only.
