As good as I gets when it comes to customer service. Excellent selection, though naturally not the very latest styles and not as upscale looking as the mall store. Staff doesn’t hover over you like they do at mall store. Great shoes! Most comfortable I’ve ever found. Both my wife and I have found the staff here to be very accommodating. They have gone out of their way to assist on more than one occasion (we’ve been here several times now) when it is clear there is little financial incentive for the assistance they’ve given. They’ve even called other mall stores to try to find a hard to find shoe when the mall stores wouldn’t call other stores on our behalf – and the mall stores can get a commission for such a sale where the discount store cannot! Great store.
