Best, most knowledgeable real estate agent in town for buying or selling. He grew up in Davis and is also a lawyer, so he knows how what to expect and how to get stuff done.
We were moving from out of state and only in town for a weekend (this was during the crazy boom years, definitely a seller’s market). He was honest with us about the attributes of different houses/​neighborhoods, and took lots of time showing us around. He also did a great cover letter, went to bat for us on negotiations, and basically took charge of the deal-​making end of things like a pro once we were in the offer/​counter-​offer stage. I’d totally trust him to sell the house, if needed too.
