I was very pleasantly hocked at the high quality of work produced by Excellence. He actually removed a huge ink stain on an expensive sofa. The whole thing looks brand new. And he removed a spot left by our prior carpet cleaner. The job done by our former cleaner looks filthy next to what Excellence did. Scott lives up to the name. I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else now.

If I could give 10 stars I would but 5 is the max I can give. Arthur came in today to clean my carpets and boy was the cleaning excellent. My carpets look brand new like the day I moved in. There were some serious stains baked on probably for like a million years if you looked at it at first. I have hired other cleaners before and even rented my own machine to clean. DONT try to do it yourself or hire these other guys. THIS IS THE PEOPLE TO CALL IF YOU NEED YOUR CARPETS CLEANED. Oh and they do a heck of a job on your tile and linoleum floors. If I have other properties or EVER need a PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND HARDWORKING CARPET CLEANING, I wouldn’t think twice about giving these guys a call again! I am exceptionally satisfied with the job they’ve done on my house. Their prices are AWESOME and don’t bother with craigslist ad… They don’t have the proper machines to get those tough stains out.

Excellence Carpet Cleaning did a great job — our carpet looks beautiful.
Todd arrived on time, did solid work and was finished in the time he estimated he would be. We got a verbal estimate over the phone for our one story home carpets and when Todd finished the job, that quote did not change. An acceptable and comparable service as any, I’d recommend Excellence to do any basic carpet cleaning.

Update: After calling to request a copy of the invoice, I was emailed a receipt that weekend. I was also contacted by the owner and asked to «revise [my] comments about the receipt».
