I booked an appointment because the reviews were good and there was a Unilocal coupon. I needed a hair repair cut because my usual stylist had burned my hair and the cut was bad too and I couldn’t do anything with my hair. Suzanne did her magic and I have a great cut and my perm is salvaged. Suzanne was very professional and sweet. I will be back!

The crew here is nothing but great! I happened to be chatting with Suzanne about how dry and damaged my hair was from a recent change in color (not done at Dynamics) and she gave me a product to try. It took me a week or two to finally apply it but it did help! I love this friendly insight and her willingness to help me. She has a variety of products for everyone and also has years of experience to help match your specific hair need.

Nick Daskalos has hands of magic. There’s a difference between a masseuse who can get rid of tension and a masseuse who knows how to connect to your body. I didn’t realize this until Nick gave me a massage. He relieved tension in my muscles I didn’t even know existed. The oil he used rehydrated my dry skin from head to toe. He infused me with all of his zen. I continued through my day living in the now and didn’t realize it until after the fact because I was so present. I felt the breeze against my skin during my bike ride, and noticed my deep replenishing breaths of fresh air. Its powerful how much a massage can change who you are for the day. My awareness deepened because all my attention wasn’t focused on any bodily discomfort, and my mind was relaxed, free of stress. When you find a masseuse who knows how to connect to you and embody your discomfort, you receive more than just a massage, but a transformation. Nick essentially does yoga to you. He helps you connect your mind, body and spirit. I guarantee he will give you the best savasana of your life!

Dynamics gave me the best deal on a haircut I’ve ever had. When I showed Suzanne the picture of what I wanted to get done, she was like «oh that’s easy» and offered to do it for $ 15. This was amazing to me because on the same day, before I came to Dynamics, another salon said they’d do the same for $ 35. And on top of that, I got a free massage! I’m definitely coming back here.

Suzanne is the only person I trust with my hair. She’s been cutting it since I was a little girl and now that I am no longer in the area my hair cuts and color are part of the trip home to see family. I don’t even have to tell her what to do and it’s always perfect. I’m complimented on my hair all the time too! Love her!

Love this place! Just recently discovered Suzanne, and she did a phenomenal job with my hair! I’m usually very very picky about who I let cut or dye my hair, but I have nothing but positive things to say about her. She really listens to what you want done, and spends a lot of time to do it well. Also she is super friendly, and while you are getting your hair done, you will have a blast, because she’s hilarious! I would most defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to Suzanne for 10 years (maybe longer) now and she is basically the only person I truly trust with my hair. I have NEVER had a bad haircut from her and even though I don’t live in Davis anymore, I still come back for her to cut my hair (and see my parents I guess :0)). I have long hair (usually from a few inches past my shoulders to mid back) and she only charges me $ 45. Usually I have to pay $ 60 for a good haircut with long hair. Suzanne is extremely nice and I love talking to her while she cuts my hair. She’s NEVER rude or mean and is just a wonderful person all around!
