Do not go to this place if you want to save time and money.
This is the worst place I’ve been to. I went there and I showed them all the measurements for the windows to get an estimate. She told me she was going to give me the total estimate the next day by 4 pm. The next day, I didn’t get any response from her and I called the shop to ask about my estimate. The person who received my phone call said the person is on vacation so he would call her and ask about my estimate. But I never got a return call or anything about my estimate. After the holidays passed, I went to the shop and I asked about my estimate. The woman was very rude and stated that it was a good thing she didn’t give us an estimate because my wife was looking at other types of window coverings, which doesn’t make sense, because we have the right to look at other options. I felt like she was trying to make an excuse for not getting me the estimate that I had asked for. Also, the worst part is that she said, «Are you going to work with me?», however, she was the one who didn’t work with me from the beginning. Then, she threw a random estimate price that was one-​third higher than other places for blinds that were the same brand and same material. I’m glad I took my money somewhere else because I saved money and better service.

Every time I have called for directions or help with a spa (I purchased privately), all of the staff are extremely helpful. Laurie is a gem. I purchase my spa supplies from them, but when I needed some repair, they didn’t hesitate to make a recommendation to a local repairman. Great customer service… Great prices … Always a friendly experience.

We remodeled a condo in West Davis and needed all new window and sliding glass door coverings. Interior design consultant Lori LaHaye did a wonderful job showing us all of our options and discussing installation and pricing. I loved the Hunter Douglas line of window coverings, and we are thrilled with the outcome. Before purchasing the condo, we had a built-​in swimming pool. We bought all of our supplies and chemicals from Davis Home Trends and were satisfied with the knowledgable staff. I highly recommend Davis Home Trends for lots of different home needs.

We’ve had them help us with window coverings in our home and at our business. Stellar, friendly customer service. It’s so worth using a local business as they’ve been able to come out and fix any minor things as they come up.

My pool turned into a lagoon, I needed help bad. A guy at Ace hardware suggested Davis Home Trends, and so that’s where I went, and now where I always go for my pool and home needs.
They have great customer service, and helped me time and time again with all my questions. My pool is now back to normal color, and I owe it all to Davis Home Trends.
Their pool products are also very reasonably priced.

Although I haven’t been in the store for a while now, I still want to put up a small review. They sell so many different things it would be a shame not to inform the public on it.
To start, they have Dough-​boy pools, Coast Spas and all the pool supplies including the chemicals to keep it clean. They carry Fuller paints and painting supplies to make your home beautiful. Hunter Douglass Window Coverings are available here too. If you need Art supplies they have that along with a wonderful Picture Framing department.
Ralph and Patti are as sweet as any people can be and they make sure their staff is well trained in whichever department they work in as well as in other departments. Every time I go by Davis I think I should stop in and say Hi, I’ve never seen the new store.
