CJ Gregor, DDS

I’m new to Dr. Gregor’s treatment, but I think he and his staff are great. I had to have a filling (!) — my first in years — and they made sure I knew what was going on and that I was comfortable. They even kept me engaged in conversation (as much as I wanted to, at least). I’m very happy with our new dentist.

I have been a long-​time patient of Dr. Gregor’s. Everyone there is very professional and competent, thorough and gentle, and very state-​of-​the-​art in technology and materials.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Gregor is nice, and gentle compared to his hygienists, but overall I am VERY dissatisfied with the dental care I have received here. I have several times gone in complaining about a sore tooth, which they will tell me there is nothing they can do about it at this moment/​normal for teeth to be sensitive, blah blah, then 6 months later I coincidentally need a root canal. However last time he was performing the root canal, he jammed his instrument so far into my tooth canal that it broke! He apologized and said it wasn’t his fault that my tooth canal was «tight» at the end. I was enraged that he could just get away with this! I was sent to an endodontist (Root canal specialist) who cleaned around the instrument bit and finished the job. But his instrument remains in my canal as it is «impossible to retrieve» due to it’s depth…
All in all Gregor should know better than to jam his instruments down «tight canals,» and judging from the speed of his reaction as well as knowing off the top of his head the name and number of the endodontist wasn’t very comforting.
I would not recommend him to ANYONE.
