I was satisfied with the service provided. They were able to find the leak in my unit fairly quickly and scheduled repair the following day. My review would have been 5 stars if they fixed the same day, but they didn’t have necessary equipment on hand. Overall though, the guys were knowledgeable and friendly.

Call for service set up a appointment let them know there were issues with the air and getting sick. Said the platinum Package would take care of my problems.

RIP OFF!!! Very Rude, they came to my house and were here for maybe 20 minutes and 15 minutes of it was not doing any work, once they finally did any work they hooked up a hose to a vent for 5 minutes and said they were done. So if it takes 5 minutes to clean 6 vents, they must know something that everybody else doesn’t. They kept trying to get me to give them cash instead of a check and then said they couldn’t accept my check, so i used a credit card instead. DO NOT USE!!! In the future i will use someone more professional.

I can’t express how pleased I am with the level of service that I received from universal air and heating. Not only are they knowledgable, they were thorough, honest and extremely reasonably priced. I have used other companies before and they far exceed all of them.
