***** — -DO NOTUSETHISCOMPANYFOR A SPECIALEVENT — -****** The only reason I’m giving one star is because Unilocal won’t allow me to write a review without putting a star. My husband went a few days before our wedding to rent three kegs for our wedding that was going to happen at a park in Davie that only allows beer and wine. Our wedding was starting at 4 and Chris, the gentleman that was helping my husband the day that he went, had advised that they would be there at 3pm because the kegs needed to rest. The ceremony which staryed at 4:30, started and ended, no sign of the beer. The cocktail hour was almost done and we were flagged down by the groomsmen while we were taking pictures to advise us that the beer still had no gotten there. At that time my husband called and spoke to Chris. He very nicely actually(much nicer than i would have been lok) asked what was going on with the beer(thinking maybe something bad happened to the delivery guy) and found out that there was no emergency they just FORGOT! Are you kidding me? How do you forget to deliver a $ 600+ order for a WEDDING… for MY wedding. a wedding that I spent months planning for and I couldn’t really enjoy because I was worried about not having enough refreshments for my guests. The venue only allows beer and wine and we only had wine for dinner. After he spoke to Chris he told him that we still needed the kegs and was asking him how long it would be if it would still be good. he told him how upset he was and that even after having paid a delivery fee he couldn’t believe they didn’t come through on their end. Not wanting to pay full price anymore he asked Chris what they would be able to do(as they already charged us) Chris put Freddy on the line who is the owner. The owner was incredibly rude he didn’t help him with any of his questions and gave him attitude. Freddy asked«do you still want these kegs or not» in a super rude tone. To say I was dissapointed would be an understament. A few of our groomsmen had to run last min and miss over an hour of or reception going to total wine and grabbing us other kegs. Please don’t make the same mistake we did.

Very friendly service, fresh kegs. They’ll special order anything you need and lift it into your car for you. They run a lot of events and specials to keep things exciting. Their prices are within a few dollars of Total Wine, but the service is a lot more personalized than TW. They’re a good local business and deserve our support!

I’ve passed by this place everyday for the past year and finally i stopped in. The place is mainly for beer and kegs, it doesn’t have a wide range of other liquor or wine. I grabbed two 24oz. Strawberry Rita’s and was on my way. It’s definitely a good place to come if you are nearby and want something quick. The guy at the counter was very friendly so I’ll be back to see what else they offer.

Terrible store these guys are rude most of them don’t know what they are talking about. I tried supporting a neighborhood business but the owner and his«exceptional» crew made it impossible. I went to get a CO2 refill guy doesn’t find my name on his archaic hand written log book(we have computers now gentlemen). So he starts asking me when the last time I bought a keg from them was because they charge more if you don’t buy their kegs. I told him I sent my son a week earlier for a new one. The guy at the counter goes on to say he’s not in the air business he’s in the beer business. That’s when the owner walks over and in an extremely condescending tone says«You been buying your kegs somewhere else huh» never looked at me just walked past. He looked at the owner said«what you want to charge him?». It wasn’t even about saving a few bucks I would’ve paid the extra if they really had no record of me being there but the way they act is the furthest thing from professional. If these guys had been using a log system not rooted in ancient technology they would have known I did buy every keg from them going back to the summer when I got my kegerator. They would have known a couple of those months I got two kegs. They would have known I went one month December without buying a keg. This is not the first issue I’ve had and frankly it’s always something with these guys. As far as gas I will now use a beverage company by my warehouse for co2 and save about 50% I will take the«Keg Man’s» advice and buy my kegs elsewhere from now on. Thank you gentlemen for showing me the error of my ways
