They need to do something about the flies that are infesting the whole place, it’s disgusting especially at a place that serves food!

Great location. Friendly baristas. Line moves quickly and your order is ready fast and correctly.
Be like me and get that Oprah chai tea. Worth the $ 5. Plus, Oprah could use the coins.
There is a drive-​thru so bonus points.
The inside is small.
Make sure Joel waits on you. He’s good people. Kept trying to get me to write crazy names on my coworkers drink orders. I said the names I would want to use would get me fired.
You like Starbucks then you’ll like it here because it’s a Starbucks.

This location always has friendly drive through service! I was very surprised (sad but true) at the pleasantness of the barista helping me. This is not just once but several times. I love the convenience of the drive through and I never feel rushed. My experience is always pleasant and they get me out in a timely manner. I would say the service here is much quicker than the service at the Starbucks down the street on griffin in the public plaza.
This Starbucks location has a lot of space but alwaysss seems packed so it’s hard to find a place to sit inside. The crowd is expected since they are located so close to nova southeastern university and Broward college after all.
I have also noticed that this Starbucks location serves wine! And also food as wine pairings! I have yet to try and I have not noticed any other customers order an alcohol but it really is an interesting concept.

Service is great, I usually order at the to go window. But today I came in… Sad to find that the place is infested with flies! They are everywhere including the prep area and the pastry cabinet. It made me concerned about hygiene.

Nice, friendly staff but long wait. Well all starbuck wait long time anyway. Need more staff.

This Starbucks is sometimes very busy. However, they really do great during rush hour rushing us through. It is easy on and off on the way to NSU from 595. I’m so glad they added this location. :)

Went through drive thru on my way home. Quick fast service. First time to this Starbucks. Will update review if I walk in.
Drink was wonderful tried their new macchiato latte and of course a fan! Can’t wait to try it again.

I have been enjoying the holiday flavors in Frappaccinos and warm cappuccinos. I get decaf and in a Frap, 2 shots of the coffee is added. It is wonderful they have a vast type of milk and sweeteners available.
If your coffee is not as you expected when received just let them know and they will gladly try to meet it. I can personally validate this practice. It is free charge always. You’ve already paid for your item.
My favorite this year has been the caramel brûlée. It has bits of the yummy crystallized sugar in it and topped off with whip cream. Some flavors have flavored whip cream to go along.
This location seems to always be busy and every table taken with people utilizing the free wifi on their computers.
This is a nice store, but I just wish those who come and just use the wifi would not stay for hours and allow people who want to sit, relax with their drink would be conscience of others. I don’t want to always sit outside.
The coffee and services have been great. The employees ALL very friendly. It is so nice being greeted with a genuine smile!!! This one has a Drive-​Thru as well.
Do to the major congested inside I am giving 4 stars. Otherwise it would be a 5.

This location has a very nice atmosphere and clean interior. Their coffee are always good as well as the services. I highly recommend them!

We go to a lot of Starbucks and this one is one of the better locations. Plenty of parking and the long is not too long. Ask for sue, I think her name is, she sometimes gives refills. Quality location

What a great ending to lunch next door at blaze. Friendly. Nice atmosphere. And my name spelled correctly! Who could ask for more?
Wish Starbucks in general would bring back the mini sized frap for kids.

I’m giving it three stars because they are new, and no matter how good a recipe you have down it takes some time to get it right. The drive through is great, but they take forever. I spent 25min. With only three cars ahead of me, waiting for coffee! So normally I am forced to just park and go inside anyways, unless you don’t mind waiting. Iv also been double charged on my Starbucks app twice now. They are very helpful and friendly when I tell them. However, since I’m there every single day — with the same order– I want my points on the app for the drinks. So now Iv paid for two drinks and gotten one star. It’s silly but just important for a broke college student.
(Since this review) Iv continued to give this one a chance. They are definitely working on improving their weaknesses. Iv noticed I have t been waiting as long and there are a few of the girls and guys there that are friendly and helpful. Iv also noticed some new faces behind the counter so this could be why too!

Absolutely disgusting. Found a piece of paper stuck in my Starbucks coffee frap. Never going here ever again. There was way too much mocha drizzle that it turned my entire coffee dark brown and the worst part is that there is a piece of paper stuck in the ice. I’m never going here ever again. I constantly go here and the service is terrible.

Who doesn’t love a spacious & peaceful place to enjoy a nice coffee or tea…

Free Wifi! Plenty of small & large tables great for studying, job interviews, or just relaxing.
I noticed they have a drive thru & tables outside with umbrellas!

Yummy coffee. The staff were very nice. They had some trouble hearing through the drive through widow, but everything was sorted out. They made a great white chocolate mocha.

YAY for the drive-​thru! Seriously, drive-​thru Starbucks is key to those on-​the-​go. I feel like every Starbucks in my hometown has a drive-​thru. This is the second one around where I live now that has a drive-​thru. Long story short, drive-​thru Starbucks ftw.
NAY for grumpy, unhappy, rude baristas. One time, the barista at the drive-​thru tried to argue with me on what I ordered. If there’s a mistake, no big. Just go make me a new drink — I can wait. But DO NOT tell me that I didn’t say XYZ drink when I ordered XYZ drink. I know what I ordered. Another time, I ordered a frappuccino inside. I waited and waited. 10 minutes later, I went up to a barista and asked where my drink was. She said I never came up to get it so they threw it out. I never heard my name being called and I was sitting near the counter. When I asked her to make my drink again, she rolled her eyes. Took her 10 minutes to make my frappuccino again.
5 stars for convenience, 1 star for service. Pros out weigh the cons, so all in all, I will be back quite often when I need a mid day caffeine pick me up.

I’ve been on the road a lot lately and I must say — whenever I am in a Starbucks drive through I’ve been getting some pretty awesome service.
I’ve never stepped foot in this location — but the drive through alone is SUPER solid.
I’ve tried the usual suspects for me: Iced Mocah, Sausage cheddar egg, cake pop and the likes. This location hasn’t been open too long and if you catch it at the wrong time it can be packed — for the most part though, I’ve missed the long lines (except once).
The staff is always super friendly — and the drinks are consistent with what they should taste like. It’s upsetting when the drink you order varies from store to store — these guys nail it.
Will likely be here fairly often — on my way to meetings and such.

I have been waiting for a Starbucks with a drive through to pop up in my area. It is so convenient!
I love the look and feel of this new location, however my first two visits yielded disappointing drinks. But lo and behold, I gave it another shot last week and Carolina got my drink right! Nothing complicated, just an iced carmel machiatto w extra carmel sauce on the bottom of the cup. I had to ask her name because what she gave me was perfection. I hate when its all mixed up, you should be able to see the layers in the machiatto. I think they are getting better, because a few days ago Mel also made my drink equally perfect :) so thanks girls :) The only thing I wish is that the outdoor patio was bigger and had more seating. Other than that, the place is great, always clean, and friendly staff.

Yes a Starbucks that isn’t the one on campus at NSU where they don’t care about drink quality & customer service! (First thought)
This Starbucks is located on top of the lot of a old strip club, Eden Gentlesmens Club, where someone was killed (2010) and overall horrible (fun fact?!). Needless to say, it was knocked down and this new building is beautiful and brings up the look of the area off i595 along with the new Wholefoods next to this lot.
I ordered through their drive thru, let’s talk about that. You would think you need to go around the building entirely but no. You must drive into the lot, drive as if your going to Starbucks and you will see a sign to turn into their drive thru… making a narrow sharp turn before the Stop sign to the back of building (who thought of this?).
Young woman who attended to me was really nice through the intercom and in person once at the window. Of course, this is Starbucks customer service I wouldn’t expect anything less. Right when I pull up to pay, I notice their tip jar is literally outside the window so this is the first thing I mention to her because it’s nighttime. She replies they usually put it inside once it’s dark, it’s on velcro, and she must’ve forgot. Velcro or not, someone can easily take that and ran off with your night’s tips!
As for my drink, great quality was prefect. My drink flavor, ahhh. Don’t get the new Tiramisu drink. I’ll stick to my usual next time.
This Starbucks is located conveniently so of course I’ll return. I just hope I never see someone running across University with a square tip jar.

Great new location close to the new Whole Foods. I have only taken the drive thru thus far and haven’t been inside, but having that drive thru option is very convenient after coming out of the crowded shopping areas next to and across the street form this Starbucks. One drawback is that you can et here through the WF parking lot, you have to go out onto University and turn into their lot separately. Would’ve been great to have these two — Whole Foods and Starbucks — next to each other.
