well it was really hard to reach anyone. Sneha was very nice and she explained everything that was going to happen. The bathroom needs an update. Also, I felt like i was rushed out because they were closing: which was very uncomfortable. I ended up going across the street to McDonald’s!!!I was unable to go to the bathroom for the next 6 days.
Ill be looking for other places next time.
Also didn’t like how I had to pay 16 dollars after I bought a groupon for it and the lady made a face when I didn’t give her tip.

My sister, my husband, and myself went for Colonies from Groupon. I was leery because of the outdated reviews… I was pleasantly surprised. True, the office is not spa like but it gets the job done. Dim lighting, soothing music and no noise. I believe they schedule it so that u or ur party are the only ones in the offive because it is small. Sneha, the colonist was a doll! Very gentle and explained what was happening. The bathroom could be improved. I feel really bad for the toilet. All the poo it has to take… lol. i suggested that they get wet wipes, too! We’ll see what happens… I only gave 3 stars because there is always room for improvement!

I went to this place to get a colonic and it was very dark and creepy (talking about a colonic) the bathroom was very uncomfortable. The real kicker is when everything was done the lady was trying to schedule me another appointment, I told her I will give her a call, she got a big attitude

They steal people’s money that have already paid thru GROUPON!!!
They figure out the «Loop Hole» and will cancel your appointment last second when you get there! It happened to me today. And the same happened to me as the previous people that tried to use their Groupon. The receptionist said she didn’t have time to call me and her massage therapist was out «Sick». I said «Well that’s not fair!, I should be charging you a cancelation fee then!» She just laughed and shrugged her shoulders.
Really???
I hope that we can ALL stick together and not go to these thieves anymore.
What goes around comes around, and screwing customers out of money will eventually shut you down!!! So keep playing your stealing games. They will only take people paying with money. So your Groupon will be no good here!

Stealing of ANY kind is wrong!!! Especially our hard earned money!

I paid for a «spa day» that was supposed to include a one hour facial and a one hour full body massage. When I tried to schedule my spa day, I found it impossible to reach anyone, or get a callback. Finally I walked in and made an appointment, which they scheduled a month in advance, stating they were ‘swamped with groupon people’.
On the day if my appointment I arrived 5 minutes early, however my therapist arrived 30 minutes late. Despite the fact my appointment started at 10:30 rather than 10:00, my facial ended at 10:55. My 25 minute facial consisted of 5 minutes of steam, followed by a 15 minute mask. She spent the other 5 minutes get my face wet.
I was left in the waiting room for 25 minutes in between treatments. My massage started late, and ended early (resulting in a 35 minute massage).
At the end of my massage, my therapist handed me a tip envelope and reminded me to tip her, stating they basically work for tips only.
I would not return to this place and do not recommend it to others. Even if you get a ‘deal’, it’s a rip off.

I went to this place because I purchased a groupon. The first appointment I scheduled I showed up on time, filled out the paperwork then was told my massage therapist had a flat tire so I would need to reschedule my appointment. I should have returned the groupon right then but it was a good deal and I didn’t want to fight with groupon about returning it. I rescheduled the appointment and when i walked in I was not greeted with a hello, I was handed the paperwork yo complete. The receptionist was making a few calls then says to me” I guess I will be doing your massage today” the whole place creeped me out just like the other reviewers have stated. It’s small and questionable clean. But worse than that it just seems to not be a well run business. I guess you get what you pay
more groupon massage deals for me.

This dump does not deserve a star. Not only is it filthy, the massage was the worst I ever had. The «therapist» does not change the sheets, puts a dirty little envelope on the massage table for tips, so it is the first thing you see when you go into the tiny room. Big turn-​off! The 1 hour massage was 40 minutes & I couldn’t wait for it to be over. She took many breaks & did not massage, just pushed me into the table. She did not touch my head, face, neck, shoulders, legs and feet. You can hear everything around you because the place is so small, and the restroom was quite dirty. The owner said she would talk to the therapist, but did not offer me anything.

Came in for the colon cleansing deal through Groupon. The place is small and very welcoming. Low lighting and soft music playing throughout the office. Definitely plan on coming back again for another colon cleaning session.

This place is not your typical spa, it’s more like a wellness health center, they also do hydro colon cleansing. Upon entering there is no fancy decoIr as a spa would have it looks like a Dr’s office. The massage I had was phenomenal I told the girl my complaints nd she attended to them. At first I thought she didn’t know what she was doing but once she got started I was mesmerized. She did a good amount of stretching which hurt but brought so much relief she also massaged my face nd ears (alot of places don’t). After she was done she told me areas where I was most tense and gave me exercise pointers. The greatest part of the massage is when I got home. Every time I would lie down my back would hurt this is now in the past.
The only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars is bc there was alot of noise coming from outside. I could hear doors slam and people talking which I hate during a massage. If the massage wouldn’t have been as good I would’ve complained. Also my sister said her girl was mediocre we went together.

This place is a disaster! I called to schedule an appointment with a groupon and they said they could not get me in until April! That is two months away! I called to book and said I didn’t have a groupon, and they were somehow able to get me in the next day.
Unfortunately I never got to try the massage because once they found out I had the groupon, the massage therapist became «ill» and my massage was canceled. Again, they tried to book me for 3 weeks later. This place is a waste of time and energy. A million other spas in the area, so I would choose one of those…

Nikki, their colon hydrotherapist is a wealth of Ayuvedic healing info. Usually a colonic isn’t such a comfortable experience, but she makes it so. I’ve been there a number of times and nothing can match the energy I feel after a series of colonics. True health starts with a clean colon. Nikki really knows her stuff and has helped me become healthier and feel better. She’s an amazing lady and I will continue to visit New Age. She is also an energy healer and I want to take her up on those services as well.
