Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt

I love you, Menchies but why the hell would you make the mistake of only having seasonal flavors during the seasonal time? I just wanted something normal… Not pumpkin or peppermint or pecan… Ugh… I’ll try again another time

We are regulars of the one in Hollywood young circle. Today running late errands here we are. This location is bigger and have way more seating. That have outside seating too. This location also have so many cool flavors, ginger, pecan praline, andes cookies and more. Place is clean and service is very friendly. Music also at the perfect volume. Nice!!!

I’m not a fan of frozen yogurt but if I had to get some, this location knows how to do it!
Upon walking in, sample cups are available on the counter for tasting. I usually try a seasonal flavor when I’m in these shops but always end up with the tart, it’s just completes me.
After I severed myself the yogurt I was well on my way to the toppings department. My favorite thing about this location is how well organized the toppings are. If you have any allergies to peanuts you can rest assured each topping is in its own separate container with scoop. Then on the same counter you have different syrups, caramel, chocolate, marshmallow & a couple others
I was in & out in less than 10 mins (checked in and got 15% off my frozen treat) The damage was about $ 4.25 for a cup filled with yogurt & toppings. Keep in mind prices vary by weight, the more that’s in the cup the more you pay.

This location has a party room! Love menchies and the kids love it even more! Frozen yogurt at its best! They had new flavors. I sampled the sugar cookie delicious ! Also noticed they have cakes now!!! Who’s birthday is coming up??? Need to try those cakes!

My kids and I love this place. It is always very clean. The kids like to prepare their own yogurts and toppings and we love that it is a healthy alternative for the kids. The staff is always very nice and helpful and if you register for the rewards you’ll get a $ 5 off from time to time. Highly recommended for all ages

I still love this place and this particular location because NSU students receive 15% off. My chocolate fix for anytime and any day. The staff are always pleasant and the place is always pretty clean.

My son ran a triathlon and got 2^nd place and a coupon for Menchie’s as part of the reward. Place was clean, only one person working and was busy for a yogurt place. The location is great, there is nothing in this strip mall to really bring you in but the yogurt/​ice cream was good.

Great place, always clean! Staff was ok, not the friendliest maybe because they had just opened, 12p.
The machines were all clean and all was within reach. The varieties of toppings were really good. My favorite were the gummy bears and kit Kat!
Awesome place for the kiddos, plus you have options for a gluten free FROYO.

Great place for an after school treat! Come here just about every Friday. I love that they have dairy free options for me. Special check in discounts and coupons with your broward school progress reports. My boys love it!

Great yogurt

In the mood for sweets without the guilt? At least half the options are low calorie with great suggestions to mix (middle lever). After trying to go it alone a few times, I now exclusively get recommended mixes, like Oreo and mint, Reese’s and tart, etc.
If you are not health conscious, don’t worry, make your way three feet to your right to find plenty of reasons to sin; between candy, fruits and syrups.

We are Menchie’s fans. I love the way it taste and the variety of topping that are offered. I come here with my son who just loves this place. This location is my favorite in the area. It is very clean and the staff is very nice. I look forward to the flavor of the month. I think my favorite was the Cinnamon Bun Yogurt thus far. Menchies offers toppings of every kind. When you are there sign up for the rewards. Once you reach a certain amount you can use the $ 5.00 coupon on your visit. Overall We love Menchies…

Menchies is great for frozen yogurt. The flavors are great and the process is simple (as is with most other fro-​yo places). The location near me offers about 10 flavors that span from the fancied versions of chocolate and vanilla to diverse flavors like Lemon Meringue.
I’m a personal fan of mochi and popping bobas. While the price per ounce seems on the high side for the fro-​yo competition in South Florida, the product is worth it and the cost comes out to about the same portion for portion.

FROYO!
Ok, I am a huge fan of soft-​serve frozen yogurt, but I do not compare it ice-​cream. It’s a totally different tasty delight.
That being said… This was my first time hitting up a Menchie’s. I am very familiar with the self-​serve style and was excited to give this place a try.
The yogurt itself…
— variety: They offer tasting cups so you can pretty much try ANY and ALL flavors (which I typically do, haha), so take your time and find the best ones! They had a good variety of sweet and tart flavors. It may have just been this location, but they didn’t seem to have as many options as some of the other chain fro-​yo places, but good selection overall.
— taste: To me, it tastes pretty much like everyone else’s self-​serve frozen yogurt. My favorite here was the Creamy Peanut Butter.
Toppings…
— variety: this is where Menchie’s beats out some of the other chains… They had a lot of toppings… more than many other chains. Plenty of crushed up candy bars, cookies, fruit, etc… MY FAVORITE: Recee’s Peanut Butter Sauce. I usually go light on the toppings, but I «accidentally» covered my mix of peanut butter and chocolate froyo with this tasty stuff.
Overall… Its good! Give it a try!

Yogurt wars again in my house last night and this time Menchies won! Menchie’s is my favorite location for frozen yogurt in Davie. The help is always super friendly — either they are trained right or the management only hires friendly people!
High marks for always having plenty of sample cups available on a tray available for the taking without having to ask. It has become a little pet peeve of mine lately when no sample cups are available and one has to ask for them and then the servers give them out stingily, one or two at a time. Hateto feel like I am begging for sample cups!
The yogurt is creamy and delicious, although for me, it tends to be a little on the «heavy» side. Hard to explain, but some places I have been to recenly, just have a lighter, cleaner taste and texture.
Still, love Menchie’s and their variety of flavors. When I am in a mood for chocolate I do love the rich dark taste of their chocolate. They always have peanut butter, which is a big plus for me, as that is my favorite. They always have the requisite vanilla, tart, fruity flavors, and usually a couple of new flavors. Last night there was banana (do not like banana flavored desserts so did not try) and honey graham (very good!).
Toppings are incredible, including some unusual ones you don’t ordinarily see such as chocolate rocks, caramel covered chocolates, and Ghiradelli toppings.
Very clean with indoor and outdoor seating. Unlike some other places, it was not cold like a freezer!

This is, by far, my favorite Menchie’s location in South Florida. There’s something about this location that makes me feel like a kid all over again! When I walk in, you’re immediately greeted by someone with a «Hi! Welcome to Menchie’s!» Love it. You’re happy I’m here and I’m happy you’re happy with me so let’s get this fro-​yo thing going!
Choose your flavor which can vary from sweet and savory to light and fruity. I love that they always have the newest flavors available unlike some other stores that take weeks to get the newly advertised flavors. I head to the toppings bar and load up on whatever my heart desires. Be careful with the toppings. You can very well end up going broke once you get to the register. It’s kinda hard to put the fro-​yo and toppings back once you’ve poured it all in your big cup. Just because there is space in your cup doesn’t mean you have to fill it lol
The best part comes at the end when I’m checking into Unilocal and what do we have here? 15% off my purchase! Sweet!!! Made this trip over here even better! I then choose my preferred spoon color and take a seat outside to enjoy my fro-​yo creation.
Know that it can get crowded with the kids so while you might feel like a kid when you go there, you probably don’t want to hang out with them while you’re there lol They also have a party room where they hold birthday parties and events so if something’s happening while you’re there, get your fro-​yo and get out fast lol

This afternoon, I was craving a pain au chocolat. So I Unilocaled bakeries in my area, and found a French place near my apartment. Did you know that EVERYTHING is closed on Sunday afternoons? UGH! So I ended up driving to another spot I found from Unilocal… a cute, local café. That was closed, too. However… Menchie’s right next door wasn’t, so I ended up there by default. They did not have any pain au chocolat… but they had a great red velvet frozen yogurt, which I topped with white chocolate chips!
Very cheap ($ 0.40 per ounce) and great choices of flavors and toppings.

Yogurt, toppings, and a sweet looking spoon. What more could you ask for? At Menchie’s you get your yogurt exactly the way you like it. Sporting self service, awesome flavors, and 1 trillion topping. This is my go to sweet tooth spot for a delicious frozen treat. My only gripe is I with they would change the flavors more often and keep the good flavors! I suggest you try it for yourself and see how amazing Menchie’s is.

Such a great little place. Good thing it’s not closer to my house or I would roll there… I mean, live there.
You cannot help feel like a kid when you are in there. I swear I can almost feel the pigtails forming in my hair from just trying to decide what to serve myself and the toppings! oh the toppings! mmmmmmm the toppings will give me big red bows on each side of those pigtails!
The colors are alive, the furniture fun and playful. You self serve whatever you want and it’s priced by weight. The flavors are all great, even the lower fat ones.
The last time I went there was a Unilocal treat for checking in! Score! Definitely one of my town faves! Which reminds me… #mustpencilinaworkout
