WELOVEDIT!!! it was our first time going to a tearoom, and its was the best experience ever. We did my cousins bridal there and it was so much fun. the staff is excellent. the décor is so nice it and makes you feel like your in the good old days where the ladies would sit down and have tea! Cant wait to go back.

Cute tea shop but not entirely thrilled about it. I expected more authenticity and or options of the tea. And its really store bought«twinings» tea. The sandwiches were not as expected either. I guess I expected a little more effort. Also please be aware at the time of reservation if you don’t cancel 48hours prior they will charge you. And if someone from your reservation doesn’t show up they will charge you for that person anyway. The people whom work there are very pleasant people but unfortunately I would not be a returning customer.

Outstanding English tearoom and shop. It’s a must see, with their delightful tearoom in the back to the small front shop in the front. I’ve had their scones before and they are wonderful AND they sell Double Devon clotted cream; imagine finding Double Devon down here in the swamp? Everything is English here at Lets Have Tea so how could life get any better? The afternoon tea is better than all of the Ritz Hotels put together in South Florida and for that matter better than the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach(silly, pretentious, overpriced and almost always rude) Cheerio!

One would expect more for the prices charged. The sandwiches were tasty but had little substance. The quiche serving was tiny. The cold deserts did not seem fresh or homemade and were very small. A little salad plate was given with just a few mini size desserts for a whole table. The service wasn’t that great and the place was empty. When someone is celebrating a birthday, the least they could do was put a candle in a dessert. It would’ve been nice to acknowledge it.

I’ve had High Tea many times over the years. It’s always such fun. We went here for my birthday with a few friends and we had a GREAT time. None of them had ever been to High Tea before, and they all loved it! I don’t remember her name but the lady who took care of us was GREAT. The food was delicious and the ambiance was fun. Thy offer Pescetarian, Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten free options if you call ahead of time and give them enough notice. The only two things I would of liked to have been different were more tea options for the table. It was 1 pot to share for the whole table, and more sandwich variety with better bread. But, like I said we did have a great time, and we will definitely be back. :-)

First off, the room is small but warm and cozy for a high tea. So no complaints there. I have issues however with many many other things: The employees were not very welcoming or did they explain about the menu or how the process works. They give you a pot of tea(no choice in what kind of tea you get) and and put some milk & sugar on the table and that’s that. We got the Royal High Tea which included a quiche and we received the Spinach quiche with no alternative. That irritated me, as their website gives a selection of quiche lorraine or spinach quiche. The quiche was good, but tiny and again the salad was good, but pathetic. That’s my overall feeling of this place: the tea and finger sandwiches were good, the scones with curd, jam and cream were good but you only receive one. That’s ridiculous for the price of $ 27.95 per person. And the service was slow and just not very anticipating of needs. The kicker: they charge a «service» fee for damage even if you damage nothing that they add to the bill(ours was like $ 5) and don’t tell you in any way. It’s not on their website that I can find. BEWARE. I Love having tea times, but not here. Won’t go back.

I loved this place. It’s such a cool little spot to hang out in and just enjoy some healthy food. I love the décor and friendly staff. The tea was fantastic but I wasn’t aware that it comes unsweetened… But that’s not an issue. I tried the vegetable soup and the very popular avocado sandwich. The food is amazing and very filling. The bread is out of this world. I will come back again and again.

This place is like being transported back to the 1800’s. I really enjoyed the tea time experience. The tea selections are delicious. The décor-is like being at a wealthy grandma’s house and the sandwiches, scones, fresh fruit, and a dessert are so tasty. I really liked the British vibe here. The people work here are really sweet accommodating. **Note: If you are dating someone that’s British or someone that’s down with trying new and different experiences in life… this is the place to go! So, check it I ordered the TRADITIONALHIGHTEA. The sandwiches, were really good and the homemade scones were off the hook!!! I also selected the British tea brands, which were nice and strong flavored with a side of cream. What a dope experience!!!

We had a good experience for our afternoon tea. The high tea came with sandwiches, scones, fresh fruit, and a dessert tray with unlimited tea. The only downfall was that they don’t leave the tea pot on the table and you must ring a bell for them to bring you more. Overall a good experience, and I will visit again. It was around $ 50 for two people.

I have had proper afternoon tea before. And it does not consist of foiled wrapped candies and store bought cream puffs. I am rather disappointed by the experience I had here. The sandwiches had no substance. Tiny slices of cucumber on cream cheese and bread. Thin slices of turkey on cheddar and bread and a free ranged egg salad on bread. The only thing that was ok was the scone. Each scone came with 1⁄3 of a strawberry for garnish after you put clotted cream and jam on it. It’s amazing how it costs over $ 20 a person for so little food. The service was ok too. Really long waits between ringing the bell and actually getting out tea topped off. Why not just leave the pot of tea at the table?

The only place to go for a proper afternoon tea! My husband and I love tea and most things British, so this was an amazing find for us last year. We’ve had afternoon tea here three times since then for special occasion. Everybody is always friendly, the food is great(the scones are homemade by a British woman so it doesn’t get more authentic than that), and the tea is endless and delicious. It’s so relaxing and you lose track of time in the cozy tea room. I highly recommend it to anyone that loves tea!

Lovely little tearoom. British staff makes it feel like an authentic tearoom in London. Great atmosphere, food and something a little different. Would recommend.

Very disappointed. This was VERY overpriced and not worth the $$!!! the food is all frozen food from costco heated in a toaster oven. The«kitchen» is separated by a curtain and you can hear the employees talking loudly the entire time. There is a tv(?) in the dining room which is odd. I can’t believe I paid $ 100 for 3 people to eat hor’dourves from costco. I would not recommend and would never go back
