Okay, let’s be honest. Nobody likes going to the dentist.
At Kocher and Kocher they make the experience pleasurable. Booking appointments are a breeze as the receptionist is very friendly and knowledgeable. They remind you about your appointment a week, then the day before. When you arrive, they give you a warm greeting you and the office is very nice and has a nice relaxed feel. They honor appointment times and see you within 5 minutes of that time. We all know dentist where they double and triple book and you’re not seem until a while after. The staff and Dr. Kocher are amazing. She was so nice and pleasant and really broke down my treatment plan for me to understand. She sat down and talked to me and helped me decide what I wanted the plan of services to be. She was not pushy and understood my finances. My first visit was great, and i thought it could be a fluke, but my second visit was just as acceptional.
I would highly recommended them for their prompt service, friendly staff and breaking down their knowledge top help me understand.

I’ve been going to this dental office for as long as I could remember. I started off as a patient for Dr Michael Kocher and now I’m a patient of Dr Jennifer Kocher. She actually just started me on Invisalign and I can’t wait to see the results. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. They are always on time and they make sure you are comfortable no matter what procedure your getting. I also want to mention, they are open on every other Saturday’s & have late appointments 2 times during the week.

Very professional Dentistry! From the moment you arrive they attend to you very promptly. The Xrays were a bit Harsh since the assistant seemed to be rushing. But everyone else in the team seemed very professional.
Kocher is very down to earth when it comes to explaining whats going on and various options towards service. I highly recommend this business since they take their profession very seriously.
