Worst customer service ever. I ordered graduation announcements on March 23rd and THREEWEEKS later I have yet to receive them. I waited on hold for 45 minutes before I could speak with customer care. The excuse I was given was that this is their«busy season», I’m pretty sure graduation comes around at the same time every single year. Absolutely ridiculous. To add insult to injury, the shipping charges are $ 13.50 — I live in the same city the announcements are printed. They offered to next day air my announcements to me as soon as they were ready — next day air?! In the same city — what a joke.

Terrible terrible rings. I purchased my high school junior ring in 2014⁄2015 and i will tell you my ring is pure crap. Although i got the cheapest metal(stainless steel) and no add ons, it cost me around $ 500 which is rediculous. The stone is not even a stone just colored glass that doesnt shimmer. Now let me get you started with the ring engraving. My ring is DULL. It is evident they did not take the time to polish it or even put in time and effort. The mascot is a BLOB. You cannot tell what the hell it is. My the metal with my name is all choppy and crooked. The inside where my name is there is a huge diagonal scratch. There are rough cuts along both sides of my ring that i have physically cut myself and whenever i rub on any fabric the metal hooks to the fibers and ruins it. Has ruined some shirts, jeans, especially my bed. I despise my ring and many of my friends that got better metals, and payed more like $ 700+ had nicer rings, shiny, clean cut, and quality. Mine is absolutely NOT worth $ 500 i couldve gone to Pandora or Zales or whatever to get QUALITY jewelry. SCAM

If I could give a 0 star rating I would this company sucks I cannot even begin to understand how their lack of preparation is acceptable I had to wait in an unruly line at my school twice in the course of several months the students at my school push and shove and skip in line and I don’t blame them they try to get there first so they can get one of the two shirts that Herff Jones brought for a 430 student class I just went to get my shirt the one thing I ordered by the way and they told me they ran out I was one of the first people in the line both times they told me to come back a third time when they come back after Christmas break but I don’t think that I’m going to wait in another line just to get to the front and then tell me that they ran out again

Terrible customer service and company. First I was promised something by the sales representative, two people guaranteed that my graduation ring would arrive before graduation when I attended the college fair, now they said it was going to take 6 to 10 weeks(which is past my grad. Date). the person who gave me the business card does not answer the phone. nobody is responsible for anything. All they say is «unfortunately». Transactions are non-refundable.

I purchased my oldest daughter’s cap n gown and her class ring here many moons ago. One thing that I really appreciated was that they let me make payments on her class ring. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we were making our ring choice. My daughter has had and loved her ring for years now. Fast forward to my youngest daughter now… We have returned to Herff Jones and they still have most of the same staff as they did years ago! That is a sign of a good owner/boss! It was really fun to go in and deal with the same folks we did before. Once again they have stepped up and made our experience great. I highly recommend them! They are great.

I jut called to cancel an order that was placed in Sept 2013 in which I have paid on a class ring $ 170.00FOR2015… I was told the ring has already been made and I had only 72 hours from the date the order was placed to cancel the order. BUTTHATISNOWHEREONMYPAPERWORK!!! I THINKTHISPOLICYISVERYUNPROFESSIONAL!!! If a student doesn’t graduate or moves out of state and you try to cancel an order for one of those reasons WHICH I KNOW I AMNOTTHEFIRSTPERSON to have this issue, then your policy should be DONTMAKETHERINGS until the last payment is made DUH, this is STEALINGPEOPLES $$ I know $ 170 is nothing to you but its my $ 170 $ and your policy of making a ring 72 hours after ordering when a ring is set on a payment plan is your way of stealing $. YOURPOLICYNEEDSTOBEREVISEDFORALLRINGSPUTON A PAYMENTPLAN!!! If a ring can be made in a day then well hello make the ring the day before the last payment is pd and all the rest of the payments have been made on time. STOPSTEALINGPEOPLES $$

Chuck and his team are passionate, professional, attentive, and engaged in making Broward County and her schools a better place. Their collective, genuine interest in the quality of the schools and education is obvious and apparent. This isn’t just business or capitalism to the HJ Team and I appreciate their interest in Broward County education as a whole via a robust and documented history of participation, support, sponsorship, mentorship, and guidance to students and faculty is much appreciated.

BADWORKMANSHIP. Customer service: The customer service team was nice. The first two ladies I spoke with were great. I called this week to check status on my order and the third CSR(Cust Service Rep) said the ring was done and being processed. This was great news, but she said I would receive an email confirmation. I never did. I was happy when I arrived home and my ring was there, but FEDEX just left it on my porch, and if someone had stolen it I would not have had any idea that it was supposed to be there. Announcements: The design was very nice. Unfortunately, my invitations had a crease in them. Ring: The etching in the side ribbon was messy. There was potting or damage that caused what looked like chips just above the aforementioned bad ribbon job. I paid extra for my name to be engraved on the inside and it was sloppy as well. The letters are too close to each other — practically connected. Also, the engraving laser or machine must have been too hot b/c the material is bubbled over, or they just did not take the time to clean the flash or bebur. Pretty disappointing considering how much I paid!

I absolutely despise Herff Jones. I don’t know how you can justify selling a rental of a cap and gown for $ 90! They monopolized the concept of students finally graduating and present people with two options, either fork over $ 90 and temporarily have a gown/blanket or not walk across the stage and accepting your hard-earned diploma. Absolute horseshit. I wished that schools ceased to associate themselves with this god awful business. Search«Herff Jones» on eBay and see the true value of these gowns. It’s sad that schools will not care to deviate from eating out of the hands of Herff Shit since the costs are passed down to the students/parents. It’s basically legalized robbery.
