Service? Non existent. I entered the office to ask some questions because I needed help with my garden. I stood almost directly in front of the cashier waiting my turn. Two employees walked back-​and-​forth helping customers in front of me and behind me ignoring the fact that I was standing in line. Rather frustrating to see how these people ignored me while taking care of people who are behind me in line. Not very pleased. I walked out with none of my questions answered and feeling frustrated. Customer service was non existent. On my way to another nursery to see if I can find help over there. I will not be returning here.

Looked at other reviews. My multiple visits have been nothing but positive. Whether making a purchase or not. The staff is great. The plant selection is good considering the size of the business. The sod is top notch. I go way way out of my way to do business there. My GF found a birdbath she really liked. We had been shopping for one about a month. Their pricing is very competitive. It’s a piece of art really. They carry natives and exotics. Butterfly attracting plants. We will drive almost anywhere for a plant. This place is a another gem. Oh, they have a horticulturalist on staff. He does not work everyday, so call ahead to see if he is there. Very few retail nurseries have that knowledge available to their customers.

Store personnel are very sweet and the set up is pleasant but, there’s a reason you DON’T SEE THE OWNER!!! I was SOOOOOOOO disappointed in Chris who’s part owner of this company!!! He came out to our home to provide a landscape design bid and had the worst condescending attitude I’ve ever experience. And I’ve owned a restaurant for 23 years!!! You don’t treat people like their idiots when they are asking for details on what services your company will or will not be providing when they are paying you a fee!

For my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary, I wanted to make it special for them, I remember they use to tell me stories about their garden in Taiwan and the Fruit trees they had. I searched for several months for any nurseries that had lian-​woo but with no luck and then I saw this place on a drive by. Went in and found out that they do have this particular tree! So happy I found this place and the prices are ok. The staff is friendly and answer all of my questions. Will I visit again? Of course!

We thought this was an excellent nursery for the Fort Lauderdale area. The prices were on the low side and everything was clearly labeled. Besides that, there were always plenty of attendants whenever you had any question or needed anything, and they were super helpful. They have an excellent variety of items as well.
Florida Nursery Mart also has a mail order business. Maybe that’s how they keep their prices low.

I just moved to Florida and was looking for some plants to put on my shady balcony. I started walking around and within a few minutes one of the superfriendly staff (his shirt said his name was Bobby) came over to help. He showed me some specific plants that fit what I described that I wanted, and then brought me to the area with a bunch of plants that live in the shade.
I’m a bit of an indecisive shopper, I like to walk around a lot and consider my options before making a decision. After showing me around, Bobby walked away to let me look on my own. I chose two plants, and as I walked to the cashier, Bobby saw me coming and checked in to make sure I was happy with my decision, and then he held the door for me (which was great, since I had a plant in each hand).
I’m definitely a novice when it comes to plants, and the people here made me feel completely comfortable and gave me the info I needed to make a smart decision about the plants I bought.
