DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

So today I brought back a pair of shoes that were never worn: and unfortunately there was no receipt so I kindly ask for the credit to be credited back to the card I used to pay for it, the associate called over what was supposed to be a manager and in case you didn’t get that let me repeat supposed to be a manager he was rude and snarky. Guess what I will never shop at this location or any location of DSW thanks to your snide comment off you’re welcome and you have a good day!!! As a customer I have the right to request that you give me credit back on the card I used to purchase the shoes and especially since i asked your associates to put the receipts in the bag at the time of purchase !!! Now YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!

Shoes galore! This DSW seemed to have a bigger and better selection than some of the other DSW stores I have frequented. I came during a week day around 1 pm and was in and out in a flash. I was asked if I needed help however I did find everything that I needed. Service was great from the people on the sales floor to the girl that rang me up. Everything was also clean and not out of sorts (aka messy).

I have not been to DSW in a few years, I forgot how overwhelming this store is once you walk in, but as soon as I walked in the nicest sales associate approached me with a greeting and a smile — Kristina.
As I browse around and narrowed my selection, she would periodically check on me and so finally I liked a pair, but didn’t have my size, she was quick to look it up on her tablet and ordered it for me — free shipping!
I did not even have to get in line to pay for the rest of my purchase, she once again scanned it with her tablet in hand. Really appreciate sales associates like Kristina. So, if you are shopping at this location, be sure to look for her.

What girl does not love a cute pair shoes… Well I do! I am such a show lover and DSW has so many options for the girl and the guy. From boots to heels to flats and everything in between, you name it they have it. They carry big sizes too for girls which I love because I wear a size 11. You can even go purse and wallet and belt shopping if you choose to. I order from online too. I use this feature as they offer free shipping after a certain amount ordered and you can return it to the store if you are not feeling the shoe. Remember the SHOE NEEDS TO SPEAK TO YOU for you to love it. LOL… Any how I love this DSW Davie location. It is big and clean and organized and the staff is very friendly. Happy Shoe Shopping!

My favorite shoe place. I usually go to the clearance section (they always have it) and I always find great deals. They usually have additional percentages off the already marked down price. It’s a good place because you can get brand name shoes for a lot cheaper.

I had a $ 10.00 coupon for a while and its going to be expired in February. Since I need a new pair of sneakers, I came there to shop. This place is huge. Its like going to BJ’s except they only sell shoes. They have a large selection of sneakers with pretty decent prices. I picked up two pairs since they were on sale and since I got that $ 10.00 so I figured why not. The only thing that kind of got me was the line could be long so be expect to wait a while.

This DSW is just as large and has a great selection as other stores, but what sets it apart is that the employees here are super helpful. They’re always walking around are a very visible presence in the store. I’ve asked them several times to check if a size or style is in the back and they’re always willing and very courteous about it. This store is also well-​organized: there’s never anything out of place and it’s very clean. Thumbs up for this DSW!

The Tower Shops in Davie is just horrible. This is the only store I ever received good service… A+ A+

I like DSW stores in general, but this one seems to have a smaller selection of marked down shoes than others I’ve been to. I also think it’s super messy and the sizes are all jumbled up, which makes it harder to find what you want. My husband has had way better luck finding stuff here than I have, so he’s happy with it. Me, not so much, considering my shoe fetish. How is it possible for me to walk out with less pairs of shoes than he? Unacceptable! LOL

I like this DSW they were really helpful here. They ordered the shoes I needed online and I received it immediately. The only reason why I didn’t give a full 5 stars is b/​c they had nothing I liked with the exception of one pair. Normally, I walk into a DSW and I fall in love with at least three pairs. I felt like there was not much of a selection at this one. However, the service was really good and like I said they helped me and ordered a pair for me. Immediately when I walked in the door I was asked if I needed help. i love places with good customer service. :) Makes me HAPPY!

Shoes, oh yes please. Although some people think I have a big shoe collection, I really don’t. Seriously, can you ever have enough shoes? Well of course not. Like any other lady, yes I love shoe’s. The problem is finding the right style, color, fit, yes fit is the most important thing to me besides style.
This particular store was just as large as most others although I did notice this location was very clean and organized. Also, I had two sales girl’s ask me if I needed help, so kudos for such good service. I was not looking for anything special, just checking out everything to see if anything caught me eye.
The style’s were quite boring for me. These huge clog type style shoes with paisley print and four color blocks were not enticing me at all. Fugly, IMO.
I love Steve Madden shoes and I spotted a beautiful nude Patton very high heel with gold sparkles covering the entire bottom of the heel. They were dazzling! Grab my size, nope they were slipping off as I walked, OK grab the half size smaller nope out of luck, boo hoo, major bummer. I wanted them so bad.
I wanted to cry because they were the only shoes that sparked my interest. I get the new fashion style’s but DSW really needs to get a better selection, lately no matter what location it seems the style’s they offer are not that cute.
Please oh please get some cuter styles, cause I do like your warehouse store.

To me, DSW is shoe heaven! There are rows and rows of shoes for everyone — men, women, and kids. Fantastic selection and great prices. My only complaint as a «hard to fit» customer is an insufficient number of styles for wide feet. I also wish DSW would carry more Naturalizer and Easy Spirit — brands I have always been able to wear. I’ve also shopped at the Aventura DSW and I look forward to shopping at the new location in Pembroke Pines.
