the regional manager — ricardo sanchez told me he’d reach out to fix the problem over a week ago… here i am. no response from anyone Thankfully I am happy with my new dry cleaners just up the road @ 15984 W State Rd 84 these unprofessional amateurs are crooks to boot and are NOT affiliated with Dry Clean USA. i dropped off two shirts and —— total silence, no word back. and they claim I am not a customer because of their shotty record keeping. what am i to do to get resolution??? i can’t even get a response from them. Maybe someone else can get a response from the regional manager as to why It’s been 30+ days of my calls and emails being ignored and why this location is holding my shirts and refusing to give them back to me??? Complete disaster and scam. A shirt I had work once was torn throughout all the seams after being dry cleaned here. I returned immediately and was told to leave my name and number for the manager. A week went by and I received no calls. I go out of my way to stop by during business hours to speak with the manager. She offers to fix the shirt. I said absolutely not. This shirt was a work shirt and it is meant to have sleeves not be sleeveless and I do not trust them to do a proper job. I want my shirt fully refunded and to take my shirt to a proper tailor. She tells me that would have to be approved by the regional manager. I once again leave my information and a week goes by without a call. I stop by a second time during work hours. The manager calls the regional manager and speaks in Spanish about the situation. I guess she thought I wouldn’t understand but it was very clear the regional manager not only did not have my information but he had never even heard of the issue! He refuses to give me my shirt, a shirt is no longer being sold at Banana Republic AND a refund. Apparently it’s one or the other. So if I keep my shirt, I have to pay out of pocket to have THEIR mistake fixed. If I take the money for MY shirt I will no longer be able to buy a replacement. He basically tells me take it or leave it, I do not have time for your problem and HUNGUPONME. I have never in my life been treated with such disdain and disregard for customer service. This business is a tragedy, a sham, and an outright mess. Avoid it at all costs. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau in Florida.
