Made an appointment with a time for 8 to 11 service call. Was told I would receive a call 45 minutes before appointment. At 11 o’clock no oneshowed up and noonecalled. At 12 o’clock noone called noone showed up. When I spoke with the service technician, who is also the owner, was told I can just cancel my appointment. Very poor service very unprofessional with no respect for my time.
