Cooling FX is the most amazing company !!! I found cooling fx a little over a year ago when I got ripped off by a large air conditioning franchise company who just wanted to sell me a brand new $ 4000. Unit when my air conditioning was leaking water… I called one other company who also tried to sell me a new unit without even looking at my air conditioner. Finally… I started checking reviews on Angie’s list and saw that cooling fx had great reviews… This company is one of a kind… Jesse …the owner came out and after doing a very thorough inspection found that I did not need a new unit but only needed a n air handler. And insulation. He not only fixed my air but also fixed a problem from the previous company. The previous company shut off my primary drain when they put the a/​c in and opened up my secondary drain which left water coming onto my patio for years. I didn’t even know the primary drain was cut off. We designed this huge contraption to get the water off the patio…
Jesse opened up the primary drain and voila… no more water flooding my patio… I had many companies come in over the years and not one single company told me my primary drain was cut off. Jesse went above and beyond and even special ordered an air flow vent that fit my air unit. The air flow vent had always been too small and no one could ever clean the air condoning properly. Jesse went above and beyond. Their business card says …“honesty and integrity «. Is their motto and wow… That’s the truth!!! I hope this company does well because they deserve it… Forget those franchises… I have found them to be untrustworthy!!! I now have the yearly maintenance plan from them and I just couldn’t be happier!!!

CoolingFX is one of the best air conditioning companies out there! I did a lot of research and had a few estimates. Jesse Z Guyton (owner) came by, gave his recommendation on what was needed and explained the different options that were out there. There was no sales pressure. I felt he had my best interest in mind. I purchased a new Rheem for my upstairs. The old Rheem lasted 15 years! The installers were professional, polite and neat. After a few days I noticed the new Rheem blew a lot more air that I wanted. I called them and that same afternoon the owner came by and adjusted the blower speed. I really felt that I was getting personal service. When it’s time to replace the downstairs a/​c unit I will call them again. Highly recommended!

I was referred by a friend as i had a horrible experience with 2 previous companies. Got a new Rheem unit installed but unfortunately had issues day 1 with unit. While it wasnt the ideal situation, Cooling FX went above and beyond to get it fixed and showed when they said they would (this is a big plus for the industry). We ended up using them on 2 other properties which went flawless from beginning to end. I would use them again in an instant and would recommend them as well.

CoolingFX is awesome.
Rarely do I deal with a company that does what they say they are going to do.
Technician was on time, professional.
Repair was much less than I thought it was going to be. I HIGHLY recommend these guys.
