This location is kind of a pain to deal with ever since Whole Foods moved into the plaza. However, I needed to return a body pillow I received for Christmas. Between that and the dog, there was no room for Jeremy C. in the bed! Perhaps that’s what his mom had in mind when she bought it for me… This thing has been in my trunk for over a month. I just kept forgetting and did not want to deal with the hassle of the plaza. I also remembered the better than average return policy so I didn’t rush. The customer service reps were average. Not friendly not efficient but they took my 2 month old return with no problems. I picked out a great Queen sized foam mattress pad to replace the body pillow. Our backs have been sore lately and I chalk it up to no foam like I used to have. The cost was $ 59.99 and I know I’ve seen the exact same brand/quality at places like Target/Big Lots for half the price but I had a $ 40 store credit. As I checked out, I asked if they has any 20% off coupons laying around. Of course, I forgot mine at home. The cashier signed me up to receive emails and took the 20% off immediately as a courtesy. That was nice of her. This brought the price down even more but I still think their bedding is overpriced.

Always a joy when I walk into BB and B. The staff is always friend and helpful. This is a smaller store and didn’t have what I wanted in stock. The cashier looked up the item and found it at another store.

I’ve come to this store a few times and had mixed experiences. Most recently I went in looking for a particular item I saw online(a set of 6 espresso cups). I went into the store around 4:00 on a Wednesday when it wasn’t even close to busy. I expected coffee cups to be best coffee makers. I was wrong. I eventually found the display of the item of interest near the dishes. It was marked $ 19.99 as I expected but a different espresso cup set was placed below it. I looked around for a «help me!» Button or an employee. No luck. I went back to the front of the store and had to stand there awkwardly before one of the cashiers asked if I needed help and I said yes. She wasn’t doing anything but rather just grabbed the walkie and asked someone else to help: im assuming she couldn’t leave her post. No big deal. However-when someone did come to help me he came and answered the phone before helping me or even acknowledging me. I was trained in customer service and was always taught to service the customer STANDING in front of you first because they are more likely to spend money. They are also more likely to walk out if they get angry. Had another employee not walked up immediately I would have left. The reason for the 4 stars and not 2 or 3 is because the guy that helped me redeemed some of the points. They didn’t have the item in stock after all(boo!) but he ordered and shipped it to my house for free and honored the 20% coupon they usually give out but of course I had forgotten. So now it will take a week to get my cups but at least I spent less to get the ones I wanted.

This store is in a great location and fairly easy to access. There is plenty of parking at this location and is in a small strip center with a Hobby Lobby and a Whole Foods coming soon. This store is well organized and clean. The staff greets you when you walk in and there are various staff members around if you have questions. My favorite part is the selection of Tervis tumblers, which I have to admit I’m becoming quite obsessed with. The fact that they’re on the expensive side for a plastic cup is compensated by the fact that Tervis offers a lifetime guarantee on them. However if you purchase your Tervis from a Bed Bath & Beyond, they will exchange it if it’s damaged as long as they can identify it to be an authentic Tervis. I had purchased a 24oz tumbler with the goldfish wrap and it fell on the floor and cracked. I took it in and they swapped it out not problem. I didn’t even have my receipt with me. Of course they are currently carrying that particular print so it was easily identifiable. It took a couple minutes and I was on my way with a brand new cup! It’s always fun to explore this store and you never know what cool gadgets and household items you will find.

What’s not to like about this store? First of all, the store is easy to find there is plenty of parking. It is bright, clean and cheerful. There is something here for every part of your home — kitchen, bath, living room, whatever. There are so many fun gadgets that you don’t see just everywhere. The prices are about like you see in other stores, but they do have frequent coupon offers and specials. Besides, it’s so nice to find everything in one place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My daughter had a crack in her Tervis cup, after dropping it. She had bought it at BB&B several months ago. Since it has a lifetime warranty, she decided to take it back. She had the cup with her, but didn’t have the receipt. The clerk told her that as long as it was a pattern that they still had in stock(it was) that she could just bring it in and exchange it. If it was an older pattern, it would have taken a bit longer. So, she ran out to the car, dried the water out of the cup and trotted it back in. No problem at all. A couple of minutes later, we were on our way with the new one. You’ve gotta love that kind of service! So, enjoy your shopping and tell them Unilocal sent you!

I’m always a fan of this store. If you do your research on prices, you can usually find the best deal here when you combine it with their 20% off coupon. One thing I found was that they have the best return policy of any store I’ve found. Basically, if you bought it there and it breaks, just bring it back. I brought a blender that I bought here after a year and I didn’t have my receipt and they still exchanged it for me. So now, everything electronic that I am looking for and can find here, I buy it here because of the return policy. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Stores are never super busy.

What’s not to like here? They accept their coupons even after they’re expired. Of course you’ll want to always have one with you when you shop here, but here’s a secret — if you forget your coupon, you can bring it back later for a refund of the difference!
