Garbage towing company. Just another scam artist company with no compassion. Customer service sucks. Avoid the company at all costs!

I and my family have used Catlett’s for most of my life for car maintenance. So I brought in my car for some minor issues such as a check engine light being on, I know I probably need some new belts, things like that. So after $ 1100, yes I almost died when I heard that, I was driving my car home and the check engine light came on. Went right back and had them turn it off since that is the main reason I brought in the car. Then I left for vacation for a week and came back and drove the car twice. When I was on my way to work the engine started smoking and the car overheated. Come to find out, after two opinions, that it was mechanic error. When I had brought it into for the routine maintenance some hose had not been correctly replaced which cause the fluids to leak out of the engine and my car to overheat. I had to sell my car for parts because the engine was trash– in addition the man who towed away my car had worked there and said they mark up everything 100% — that’s where my $ 1100 bill came from. Be carful when choosing a mechanic!
