Bexley At Davidson

Bexley at Davidson is in a great location. You’re close to shops, restaurants, and historic downtown Davidson, as well as Davidson College, and Lake Norman. The community is quiet and clean and pleasant. The staff is always courteous. For the most part, 99 times out of 100, you’re probably going to have any maintenance issue resolved quickly and mostly you will have a good living experience.
I had a maintenance issue that was unusual and it was very hard and time consuming to convince the staff and owners of the appropriate course of action. They believed from their inspections that nothing was wrong with our apartment. I knew otherwise and tried to present evidence and suggestions on what needed to be done. It was like pulling teeth. Ultimately, they conceded to my suggestion and it turned out I was right! Shocking. The problem was fixed and I believe they will try to make good on the inconvenience to me, but the process was pretty brutal.
I think some of these processes could be improved, and some other routines put in place to prevent issues similar to mine popping up again. But again, my issue was abnormal, so while not the norm, it is something to keep in mind.
An apology or acknowledgement of trying to tell me I was wrong when I was 100% correct wouldn’t have hurt either, but no one has said «sorry, you were right.» But whatever. As long as the problem is fixed I guess.
