I like supporting local businesses, especially one like Zeglin’s that has been in and so greatly supported the community for decades. Still got the best prices and personable service than anywhere else. I like buying from people who have knowledge about product (not just clerks that ring up the sale only) and care about the person and any of their specific considerations (not like I am just a number).

Sadly after purchasing items for years, the past two purchases were defective from the get go, customer service poor, repair man returning six times with the first kitchen, this far twice with an applaince THAT WAS DEFECTIVE FROM THE BEGINNIG!!!
Poor follow up, lack of caring. Not sure when Zeglins started to spiral down but I would not recommend them if you want a quality product and customer service, try anywhere else. :(

I like the fact they offer a fair price, because they are a
affiliate.
they showed up on time for the delivery, the door hinge swap got a little complicated, so they called a second truck out .
the salespeople were very helpful.
and their selection was very good as well.
Although they are not «the little guys» anymore in the quad city are, I think they do try as hard to get and keep their customers.
My appliance came with a significant ding straight from the factory, but I addressed it with them and they made it all good.
I was happy, I will go back again and I would recommend them to others.
I delivered appliances in Arizona for 12 years, and appreciate how hard the guys back here work so I tipped the two of them some lunch money, I hope you will consider doing the same.
