My complaint is scheduling. I go in on Tuesday after work and ask about an oil change. It will be at least an hour to get it in. So I make an appointment for Wednesday and show five minutes before my scheduled time. I’m told it will be at least an hour before they can get it in. So why did I make an appointment? I could understand ten or fifteen minutes. But clearly they are servicing their walk-ins ahead of scheduled customers. I used to use them years ago and got tired of delays. It turns out that old habits don’t die. I won’t be going back.

They did a great job of patching my Beetle up after it limped over there for emergency surgery after slipping on some black ice. Three hours, one iron tie rod, and $ 280 later I was back on the road and better than new. They didn’t try to sell me any additional crap, they simply fixed my car. Of course labor cost more than the parts, but I was amazed they were able to take me as a walk-in(drive-in?), order the part and have me out of there by a decent time. If it wasn’t so far away for me, I would go there for all my auto repair needs.
