Chris is a terrible manager needs to be replaced asap. Awful customer service and literally stole a measly 50 cents from me and then lied about it. Very rude man will never go there again.

Today was 2nd time this McD’s got my walk-in, take-home breakfast order wrong. One more time and it’s Haines City for me.

Large parking lot for school groups and trucks to park in, only issue is this is on a service road that may not be easy to turn onto at night coming from the interstate. Highly visible with the average McDonalds menu. This location is open 24 hours a day both drive through and lobby and offers a nice selection of coke products on the fountain.

I was actually planning on going to Wendy’s but they opened later. Pulled up to the McDonald’s and the drive thru line was huge! Thought I’d run in and get a to go order instead. The order taking process was fast. After that, it all came to a screeching hault. Most people behind the counter were standing around waiting for food to finish. I must have waited 5 – 10 minutes for mine to come up. And there weren’t any huge orders in front of mine. The plus was that my food was hot. Also, the ice machine was almost empty.

This McDonald’s used to be great. Not anymore. I live within 2 miles of this place, so I eat here often. The service has gotten increasingly slower. The last several times I’ve eaten here I’ve had to wait more than 7 minutes from time of order until my food was delivered to the counter. And these were«standard» orders — nothing special. The atmosphere is nice but the service is very much lacking.

This McDonald’s is a little tricky to get to, but in a convenient location-right off of I4, the Haines City/Highway 27 exit(heading north.) You actually have to be north of McDonald’s driving south to enter, or make a u turn as there is no way to enter driving heading north. Also, the entrance is a seperate road right before, not an entrance to the restaurant. All that being said, this is a clean McDonald’s with a friendly staff and a very unMcDonald’s feel. There’s a beautiful fireplace(not sure why in Florida but it’s real nice) and old Florida post card-type artwork.
