McDonald’s

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The orders are always wrong and I’m currently waiting in my car for 10 minutes now in the pull up reserved spot for drive thru just to get 4 breakfast burritos and 2 hash browns.

Why won’t the health department ever check this McDonald’s? Every time I order a simple double cheeseburger it is served at room temperature and the cheese never melts. So I tried the special order cheeseburger without salt. They could not even get this right. Do you feel good about serving room temperature chicken nuggets to your kids? I just don’t get it. Check out the bathrooms, they are dirty compared to other McDonald locations. This location looks Old and Neglected.

This is the very worst McDonald’s in the Quad Cities
. The managers have no idea how to substitute. Items. Very rude about it.
Worst customer service.
I will NEVER return to this location again.

For some reason this McDonalds is the worst one in the Quad-​Cities. The food is always sub-​par (even for McDonalds). They always mess up the orders. The wait is always way to long. That being said I’ll still go there because I live down the street from it.

I have lived in this neighborhood 16 years and ordered at the drive through dozens of times each year. They have gotten my order correctly about a dozen times.

Had horrible experience at this McDonald’s today. I stopped in for a large unsweetened iced tea with lemon and a McDouble. Real simple order, should be in and out of there in a couple of minutes. The gal took my order and proceeded to take two more orders. I was there waiting on my order when the gal asked,“Have you been helped?” I said, «Yeah, you just waited on me a minute ago.»
While I was waiting the person who had been waited on after me was given his order. I guess they have other people filling the orders and this person was totally oblivious that I should’ve been served first. I asked where my order was and she looked confused by what I meant. This person had no hustle whatsoever and took her sweet old time getting my order together.
I am a former assistant manager in the fast food industry and can say without a doubt this person hasn’t been trained properly or did care giving great customer service.

I have not had a good experience with the drive thru at this location. My order is usually wrong, I can handle once in awhile but I only go once in awhile and I would think that the orders could be right or at least edible. I waited in the wait stall for them to bring me my two southern style chicken sandwiches. Twelve min later I recieved one freshly cooked sandwich and one that obviously by taste and not being hot, older sandwich that had been sitting in a warmer waiting. My question was why cook only one fresh one and give me one fresh and one old? On another stop I orderd a caramel mocha iced coffee I got caramel iced coffee and then was told thats what I orderd and it does not come with whip cream when i asked why my caremel mocha had no whip cream.
