I’m usually a huge supporter of small local businesses, but this is by far the WORST business experience I’ve ever had in my life. My car was held there for ONEDAY, they charged me $ 335. The driver of the truck had added every charge he could think of to my bill. Some of which included a $ 43 flatbed fee(I have a small car and a flatbed is not necessary) and also a «cleanup» fee of $ 35 when my car had no damage and was NOT involved in an accident. When I called to ask for more of an explanation on some of these charges the lady at the desk began starting getting very irritated with me and couldn’t think of an explanation, «Well that’s what the driver put down so that’s what it is.» towards the end of the call she then began YELLING and CURSING at me. Very professional right? When I picked up my car the next day, I found GREASE and MUD all over my steering wheel, door, and I saw greasy fingerprints by the latch of my glove box and center console as if they were searching through my car. I also had a flask which was full when my car was towed and when I picked it up was empty. These people have NORESPECT for anyone or anybody’s property. Over the course of the next two weeks I called every 2 – 3 days asking if I could get the driver that wrote up my bill to give me a call whenever he got the chance so he could explain why he put some of the charges he had put. NEVERONCE did I ever get a call back and NEVERONCE did I ever get an explanation for why I had all of these extra unnecessary charges.

Wait time for a tow is a little long, but they have some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Car dead? Never call Fred. Told us to meet them in ½ an hour, waited 90 minutes without hearing from them. When we called to check the dispatcher simply said they were really busy and running behind. That’s fine. I understand being busy and running behind just check in with me. 20 minutes later we get a call from the dispatcher because the truck driver told her to call is and warn us he had to drive slowly. 2.5 hrs later the car has finally been dropped off and they didn’t even consider offering a discount for their lack of communication and awful customer service.
