This company has such a unique culture that is so unlike today’s Corporate America. Being in customer service and the call center atmosphere most of my career, I have never have been part of a company where they genuinely care for their staff both personally and professionally. They define, in thick black lines, the difference between«dictator management» and true leadership. The compensation is great compared to other work from home jobs hands down. Paying their staff an honest hourly wage vs independent contract work or pay by the amount of minutes you actually work. They offer bonuses and other compensation as well and seek to keep the staff happy and supported. They provide you with the training needed to get the job done and continued training as needed. Amazing group of people to work with. A true team!
