I hate to say bad things about stores especially with our current economy, but I am surprised this store is still open. Every time I go in this store, there are about 2 other shoppers there besides myself. I guess there must be tons of people that shop there when I’m not there. They never seem to have what I am looking for, and the staff is not the friendliest or helpful at all, and can never find anyone that can help you. The products are not competitive at all.

If gold and fishing is the only thing your looking for then you will be in heaven. Guess their is only two sports in the world for Dick’s. Most sport store carry something for your local teams. It’s iffy half the time. If you are lucky to find something here you would want to buy prepare for a credit check due to the high near crazy prices.
The costumer service if you want to call it that is laughable at the most. Lack of knowledge of items in the store let alone lack of knowledge of items they even sell. A little info from simply reading info on the product would give them a step up.
Your better off ordering from Amazon and actually getting what you want and better service. Sometimes brick and mortar isn’t better.

They really do have a nice selection, but waaaaay over-​priced. I always like things they have, but never buy anything. Even sale items are still high priced.

Worst customer service ever!!! Cashier didn’t know how to ring in a rewards coupon and then refused to redo it. She blamed me for swiping my card too soon? Ask her to cancel the transaction and she said she couldn’t because I used the email receipt option? WOW REALLY DICKS? It’s 2013 get with it. Oh and then she was rude about the whole thing telling me it was my mistake… THIS STORE IS A JOKE… go to sports authority just a few miles away at least they have GREAT customer service

This is the only Dick’s Sporting Goods I have ever been in, but it’s always clean.
I have gone in a few times before 5Ks to purchase new socks, shorts, etc and have never had any complaints with anything. I have also purchased a piece of exercise equipment from the store, which was shipped to the house. The shipping wasn’t bad and everyone was very helpful.
I would definitely chose to go to this store over any other sporting goods stores. For the employees and the selection.
