I work nearby at AT&T and I stopped by Burger King one day before I started work. I walked in and stood at the counter waiting to get served. There were two Burger King employees in the dining room(apparently on break), one at the drive thru window, and the manager was busy doing something in the walk in cooler. I stood there for several minutes before I said something. The girl standing at the drive thru window poked her head around, looked at me and said nothing to me. The manager poke his head out and didn’t say anything either. I left without being waited on. I came back later in the mid-afternoon for lunch and got the same treatment. Apparently the manager there doesn’t believe in customer service and it has rubbed off onto his employees. No wonder the parking lot is always empty.

I love Burger King and haven’t been to this new one yet and needed a quick bite before shopping at Walmart. I was greeted by a very tired looking young man with a dirty white shirt who could of cared less about a customer. He took my order for a whopper jr and then slipped gloves on and made my burger. The floor behind the counter was filthy with garbage and food laying around. The guy handed me my burger and when I opened it up the top bun was half on the burger and he loaded it with way too much stuff, onions, mayo, tomato, really really sloppy! I could only swallow 2 bites and tossed it. The other 2 workers looked sloppy and had dirty white shirts on as well. There was only 1 other customer there, so I should of got the hint not to go inside when there wasn’t any cars there. Never going back.
