Dunkin’ Donuts

This is my favorite Dunkins ever. Theres never a wait, and thet always remember not to give me a hot cup on the outside of my iced coffee… personal pet peeve! Way better than the Dunks right off the Reed Rd exit off 195.

Great service and refreshing iced tea. Staff was so friendly and helpful when ordering my iced tea.

Good to go. Fast service, accurate orders. Even a free coffee when their card reader wouldn’t work. The store is clean and lines inside or in drive thru are short or non existent.

I’ve come to the conclusion that customer service is just not a priority with this company. Every dunkin donuts that I have been to is filled with angry looking, rude employees. And this place was no different.
I came in to pick up some donuts and coffee one morning, I would like to say that I was ‘greeted’ by an employee but it was more like my presence was a huge inconvenience. She stood there and stared at me with an irritated look on her face as I began my order.
My order was tossed onto the counter and even though I politely thanked her, she turned her back to me and walked off.
I would hate my life, too, if I worked for this company and I know that I’m not paying for customer service but what is the deal with the culture within this company?
Overall, the coffee is garbage, the donuts are stale and the stores are dirty. Not coming back.

Of the 8 or so dunkin donuts all in sight of each other on route 6 I like this one the best. The manager Dan is very nice, thorough, and quick. I have had the least errors with my orders here and is usually the fastest
