Cold Stone Creamery

I’ve never been disappointed in this ice creamery. Now that it is Texas hot in Massachusetts seems we are here daily. Huge variety if you choose of flavors and mix in’s. I try to keep it simple with a coffee flavor or the pink champagne sorbet.

The freezer was broken so the staff had to disappear into the back for the ice cream which does little to help a hungry patron decide what flavor «looks» good.
The ice cream was great though, and after ordering the Birthday Cake Remix in a Waffle Bowl, I was enjoying every bite.

This is not my «go to» ice cream place, but we decided to give it a try. I ordered the Strawberry Blonde Sundae. It didn’t really blow me away. The whipped topic tasted like cool whip, which I did not care for. There was supposed to be caramel, but there was barely any on it. There was strawberries, but very few. I felt like I was eating just an ordinary scoop of strawberry ice cream.
Abner got some sundae involving cookie dough ice cream. He thought it was okay. My daughter ordered a cotton candy shake. I noticed she didn’t finish it and tossed it when we got home.
I had high hopes for Coldstone, but I was disappointed. I am glad that I had used a coupon and got one sundae free. I thought that the sundaes were expensive.
