This is the absolute worst possible Verizon store one could end up at. I live nearby and regrettably used them vs driving another 15 – 20 miles to the next closest store. Guess what… I would now be willing to drive an hour vs dealing with the very rude, unprofessional and clueless«associates«I have ever seen under one roof. Maybe this is where they send all the«drop-out employees to for one last chance before they are fired«it’s really THAT bad! I just tried to call and order a new iPad(latest model) 128GB!!! … And the«associate«told me they were very busy with customers and I would have to call back another time when they were not so busy(JOKES) They will not be getting the almost $ 1200.00 I was about to spend with them bc they were to «busy with customers«I think I qualify as a customer. Oh well, Someone lost a nice commission for being a jerk. Avoid this store at all costs!

Instructions for successfully using this location to make changes to your existing account: 1. Do all of your research ahead of time. 2. Drive to the store. 3. Sign in. 4. Wait FOREVER 5. Have an associate try to up-sell you on BS 6. Just put a bullet in your own head. It’s less painful. Rule #1 of business is never make a client wait to spend money with you. If you do, make sure you have the best product and services available. That is NOT the case here.
