Excellent wait time, service was very friendly and will definitely go again. This was my first visit.

Fake Gel nails(obviously the ones to make your nails longer not just gel polish) do NOT require powder. If these people are applying a powder and fake plastic glued on tip to you nails, and you asked for GEL you are being ripped off. Commonly nail salons, such as this one, do this to their clients. What they are really applying is just an acrylic nail but charging way more for it. Gel nails require a UV light for them to set. Don’t be ripped off any longer.

I have been going here for the past six months or so, and they have always done a good job — very accommodating — very good prices. Once messed up nails within the first week due to my excessive cleaning — went in for a polish change — 30 minutes and $ 5.00 later, they were as good as new. Can’t beat it! Very nice people — somewhat quiet and reserved, but always polite and grateful.

I received a gift card for this place for my birthday. Shortly after that I had a baby and unfortunately wasn’t able to use the gift certificate for a year… I was a little busy. I pulled out the gift certificate and see that it expired one year from the date of purchase, so I called the place to see if they would still honor it, and the answer was no. They won’t even honor part of the gift card. So they just made a nice $ 32 for doing absolutely nothing. Poor business practice, if you ask me. I won’t be spending any money here and I advise against anyone purchasing a gift card.

They do an amazing job on your nails. Salon is big and clean. However, rarely wait less than 30 mind to be helped. And they never want to tell me how long until I’m helped, so I am usually fuming by the time I get helped. If their work quality wasn’t so good, I would not be back. Be prepared to put in a lot of time, quality work though for manicures.

Last weekend, my girlfriend asked me to drive her to this shop which was about 20 – 30 min drive away. She was recommended by her friends from school to give this place a try. So I initially thought I was going to be bored while waiting for my girlfriend to have her nails done. I was actually surprised they have a nice setting inside with comfortable chairs and magazine to keep you entertain and FREE wi-fi, so bring a tablet would be a nice idea. Oh I forgot to mention they have a promotions going from Mon-Wed $ 18 for pedicure, so my girlfriend decided to try manicure and pedicure. Employes are very friendly as well. The whole process took about 40min, and my girlfriend was very happy with the results! A little too happy if you had asked me haha. Anyways I highly recommend to give this place a try! You wouldn’t be disappointed!

I went on Sunday and got a full set this was my first time here. I was a little nervous since the reviews weren’t making my decision to go any easier. I am very critical about how my nails are done I’ve been enough places and had enough problems to know exactly how I want them done. The environment was open. I got asked what I wanted I said full set then the gentleman re asked and told me where to sit. I wasn’t asked how long or what shape I wanted. That bothered me the man said nothing except what do you want. Told me the price and thanked me after I paid. Not so friendly. He hurried through my nails and messed up two of them my pinky wasn’t evenly shaven. And my ring finger on left he put the wrong size fake one on it didn’t even cover my real nail all the way. Also he didn’t pull my cuticles down so it looks like I need a fill already. Although the minor mistakes I will return. My cuz got a pedi and said it was great so I look forward to trying that. Would be five stars if the nails weren’t screwed up.

This place used to be good. They used to care about quality. The last time I got my nails done there was horrible. The nail tech guy was too sarcastic and rude to me. When he was done doing them, it looked like I already needed a fill in, huge gaps from my cuticle to the full set. He didn’t shape them how I wanted them. He took it upon himself to do a design that I didn’t want or ask for. I am not going back there to waste my money. Anyone know of a good nail place?

I couldn’t agree more with the most recent reviews of TT Nails. I went here for years — because of the location and because they did a decent job. After the new owners bought the place last summer — the new people are rude and do a crappy job! The best nail techs they had — left and started a new shop CT Nails on 75th — I recommend going over there.

Sorry to say, this place has gone down the tubes. I used to get the best pedicures there, but not any more. I think maybe the ownership has changed. There are all new people working there, and when I asked for Michael, my favorite, I was told he was in ‘heaven’. When she saw the look on my face she started laughing and said ‘just kidding’. My daughter got a manicure for homecoming, and I didn’t even realize until we got home that they put one coat of polish on one hand, and two on the other. It’s really too bad, I used to love going there, but I won’t be back.

I’ve been in here a handful of times for mani/pedis. The main reason I’ve chosen this spot is because it was close to my workplace. This place is just ok. One time they were cutting up watermelon on a hot day and offered me some. Random, but a nice gesture. Clearly I took them up on that offer. But, the last time I went in, 2 of my fingers got butchered. It’s not like my nails are horrendous, either. I’m talking blood here people. And no apology or attempt to stop the bleeding! Not to mention, although they used OPI polish, my nails started chipping after 3 or 4 days. Typically manis last at least a week for me. I probably won’t be back but that’s only because I have a new job and this place will not be as convenient for me. I really like their massaging chairs, though…

Okay so its local(anyone in the burbs knows local means alot) and right down the street in walking distance. They recently opened another shop in the stripmall across the street as well so I guess business is booming… Since transplanting(LMAO) this is one of the only shops I once went to since I worked and lived in the burbs prior to now… its clean, neat and staff is friendly. I do however have two problems… 1) I don’t like to be haggled into getting ‘nail done-nail done’ by the owner everytime I go in there especially since I told you a thousand times that I don’t do fake nails! 2) My most recent pedicure with a staff member left me very uncomfortable, I mean I know this lady has always done my nails and other spa treatments and we have chatted/laughed alot together but to have my boob grabbed and squeezed without my permission then ask ‘these real or you buy’ is not categorized as putting the customer attached to the boob first. Then to continue this gropathon while I stare at you like a crazy person trying to feel for the transplant although I just said natural/REAL is not cool… I let her know that its not professional and the shop could get sued if I really wanted to be a bitch… Anyway, local, neat and you get«special» attention on a whim… enjoy.
