This guy runs a solid operation. For me the pulled pork and mac and cheese were the stars of the show. Definitely recommended.

Had in front of stubborn beauty for their bottle release. Excellent BBQ for a very small food truck. The pulled pork was very tender and flavorful. The brisket was excellent. Bread quality was good for sandwiches. Cole slaw was decent and smoked Mac and cheese was very good. Prices were very reasonable.

Excellent quality! No heavy smoky flavor. You can really taste the meat because they don’t over season it. Meat melts in your mouth! Great sauces to choose from. Everything is fresh. Coleslaw is fantastic too!

A die hard BBQer w/his own smoker w/a hitch insisted we meet them at Two Roads Brewery in Stratford, CT today. Not for the beer, that was second, but for the BBQ. It was fantastic and Matt and Stacey were so great! Quality and attention to detail were very apparent!

Had the chance to try Farmboys BBQ at Two Roads in Stratford. Really, really good BBQ. The brisket was incredible. Everything is made fresh at the smoker on-site and is really solid. It’s rare to find BBQ at this quality level in CT. Highly recommended, especially if you have a party to cater.

I met the owner while on a ski trip in VT. I was informed I would be eating home made biscuits and gravy before the outing. I was so glad to be back in the SOUTH! Finger lickin good white sausage gravy smothering out the insanely soft inside — slightly crusty outside biscuits made from scratch. Such a satisfying way to start my day. I will be dropping by when they hold their next event.
