We have hired Larry to complete ALL of our projects since we met him back in 2004. From painting, putting up dry wall, replacing tile(with new tile and reusing the tile without breaking a single one!), fixing a 6×6 ft hole I made in my garage with my car, refreshing our deck, putting up vanities, cabinets, shelves, I frankly have lost count of what Larry can do. That is what I like about Larry, his great attitude — when I am worried sick about what to do, or who’s going to do it right. He is insured and bonded and also careful. Perhaps that is the best about him, his solutions are fast and cost effective, because he will try and fit you in his schedule asap(he does understand your sense of urgency) — and show up on time(sometimes very early in the morning — when he says 7:15, he means 7:15!) — and also use up what you already have. He is the best kept secret in our area, for sure. Another thing I like about Larry is that he is very cost conscious and his estimates are very accurate in both time and materials. He offers us an estimate on materials and time and if there’s any change is due to us picking something different, so we keep control of the expenses. Larry is very open to discuss your ideas and never pushes his way of doing things on us. Every project we’ve done with Larry has been a success, including helping us fix up 3 properties — that sold very well — in the last 7 years. Nicks in walls, painting, fixing things here and there, no job is small or too big for Larry. I wish I could post pictures of the kitchen he totally remodeled for us for a fraction of what it would have cost to have it done by remodeling specialists, even better, left me so proud of what we had done together, our ideas and his know how. He also does roofing and all kinds of exterior work — including helping us with a fence that was almost on the way out. For the property we live in now, he has done a FANTASTIC job finishing our basement and one room. He deserves your call and you will NOT be disappointed.
